目前,包头市市区每天产生生活垃圾约12O0t,全部采用卫生填埋方式进行处 理,其缺点是:占地面积大,垃圾处理达不到资源化,一些可再利用的废物被填埋, 有害病菌得不到及时处理,造成病菌传播,填埋场周围环境和地下水造成潜在污染 包头市生活垃圾处理现状严重影响着包头市社会!经济!生态环境的可持续发展和 文明城市的形象,为此,包头市政府提出:采用综合处理方法来彻底解决包头市城 市生活垃圾处理问题,使包头市生活垃圾处理达到无害化!减量化!资源化的总体 目标要求 本课题分析了国内外当前城市生活垃圾处理现状及发展方向,针对包头市城市 生活垃圾的特点,通过对各类生活垃圾处理工艺的分析和筛选,提出采用引进加拿 大的强化自生高温好氧发酵工艺技术(E川队D),并配套分拣处理和制肥处理环节 生产高效生物有机肥的工艺技术方案,对包头市城市生活垃圾进行综合处理通过 半工业试验对E川队D工艺技术处理城市生活垃圾进行了验证和优化研究,确定了 相关的工艺设计参数并根据包头市城市生活垃圾的产生情况和组成特点,利用 EAI人D工艺技术的半工业试验成果,结合国内成熟的垃圾分类处理和制肥处理工艺 技术,对包头市建设垃圾处理规模为500火城市生活垃圾综合处理生产线进行了工 程项目的可行性研究工作,论证了综合处理生产线工艺流程的合理性,分析计算了 本流程的物料平衡,按工程可行性研究的范围和深度,给出了工艺设备清单,工艺 流程图!物料流程和平剖面布置图,并进行了投资估算!成本分析 本课题的研究为包头市城市生活垃圾综合处理工程的实施提供了一个具体可 行的工艺方案,为有关部门今后决策实施本项目提供了设计依据,为工程的建设实 施创造了条件,同时也为我国城市生活垃圾采取资源化综合处理开辟了一条新途径, 符合国家发展循环经济和可持续发展战略的要求,具有推广意义 关键词:城市生活垃圾;综合处理;E川叭D;工程设计;可行性西安建筑科技大学硕士报告 Thefcasib正tystUdyofmunieiPal domestierefuse,5integrateddisPosalProjectinBaotou SPeeiality:Engineringofenvironment Undergraduated:BiQingKun Profcssor:WangZhiYuan WangLiPing Abstract Nowadays,theurbanareaofBaotouProducesdomestierefuseabout1200Ud,allthe refusesaredisPosedwiththeWayofs耐tarylandfill,butthedisPosalmethodhassome defeets,forex田卫Ple,thefloorsPace15veryhuge,themethodofrefusedisPosalean,t realizeresourcereeyele,somewasteswhieheanbereusedareb而ed,thediseasegerm maybesPreadbeeauseofthehannfulgermthatean,tbedisPosedinthae,the surroundingenvironmeniandgroundwaterofdumPingsitemaybePollutedPotentially.
