汇编出版。保密的学位论文在解密后适用本规定。 研究生签名, 时间, 年 月 日 导师签名, 时间, 年 月 日I 摘要 兵团经济伴随着国家经济的发展和“一带一路”战略的指引进入了发展的新常态,培养有素 质、懂技术的高端技术应用型人才,推动兵团经济发展成为兵团职业院校面临的首要任务。企业 技能人才缺失与职业教育学生就业难的矛盾成为职业院校发展的重要难题。虽然石河子职业技术 学院在校企合作方面进行了有效的探索,但大多数的校企合作处于初级阶段,在面对本科向应用 性技术大学转型的巨大压力下,石职院应该如何利用自身具备的职业技能培养优势,更好的开展 校企双赢合作,保证学生的培养质量、建立科学规范的人才培养体系,成为现阶段面临的主要问 题。 本文针对石河子职业技术学院在校企合作实施过程中存在的主要问题,分析其产生的原因。 对国外校企合作模式进行对比,分析其成功原因及对比不同模式的优势,总结国外校企合作成功 经验。对国内优秀的校企合作模式进行案例分析,找出合作成功的突出优势。将校企合作存在的 问题与国内外成功经验进行结合,从政府、行业、企业、学校四方面探索符合石河子职业技术学 院自身特点的校企合作道路。政府需要强化政策导向,出台地方政策,构建合作平台,加强监督 考核。行业通过行业标准的制定、合作信息共享和监督评价规范校企合作。企业提升培养人才意 识,加大投入力度,增强企业参与度。学校则需要明确校企合作发展战略,完善校企合作组织机 构及制度保障,完善双师型师资队伍建设,挖掘学校资源提升合作驱动力,将专业设置与区域经 济发展相协调,促使石河子职业技术学院校企合作从初级探索向深度合作发展。 笔者认为,高职教育就是就业教育,提供符合市场需求的高素质技能型人才,是职业院校的 人才培养目标,实现这一目标必须坚定不移的走校企合作道路。石河子职业技术学院大力发展校 企合作,不仅能为兵团人才市场输出高素质的技能型人才,也能提升自身竞争力得到长远发展。 关键字,校企合作;协同创新;人才培养;产学研合作II Abstract With the development of national economy and the guidance of One Belt And One Road strategy,Production and Construction Corps economy has entered a new normal of development. To cultivate high-quality and technology-savvy high-end technical application-oriented talents and promote the economic development of Production and Construction Corps has become the primary task faced by vocational colleges of Production and Construction Corps.The contradiction between the shortage of technical skills talents in enterprises and the difficulty of employment for education students has become an important problem for the development of vocational colleges.Although Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational Technical College has carried on the effective exploration in university-enterprise cooperation, but most of university-enterprise cooperation at an early stage, in the face of the undergraduate course to the university of applied technology transformation under the great pressure, as Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational Technical College should be how to make use of, have professional skills to better carry out win-win cooperation between colleges and ensure the quality of the cultivation of the students, to establish scientific and standardized system of talent training, become the main current problems. This paper analyzes the causes of the main problems existing in the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation in Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational Technical College . This paper compares the foreign school-enterprise cooperation modes, analyzes the reasons for their success and the advantages of different modes, and summarizes the successful experience of school-enterprise cooperation in foreign countries. This paper analyzes the excellent school-enterprise cooperation modes in China and finds out the outstanding advantages of successful cooperation. Combining the problems existing in school-enterprise cooperation with the successful experience at home and abroad, this paper explores the school-enterprise cooperation path in line with the characteristics of Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational Technical College from the four aspects of government, industry, enterprise and school. The government needs to strengthen policy guidance, introduce local policies, build cooperation platforms and strengthen supervision and assessment. The industry standardizes school-enterprise cooperation through the formulation of industry standards, cooperation information sharing, supervision and evaluation. Enterprises enhance the awareness of talent training, increase investment, enhance enterprise participation. Schools need to clear the university-enterprise cooperation development strategy, improve the university-enterprise cooperation organization and institutional guarantee, perfect the double teachers team construction, mining driving force promoting school resources cooperation, major setting and coordinated regional economic development, encourage Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational Technical College university-enterprise cooperation from the preliminary exploration to the depth of cooperation and development. The author believes that higher vocational education is employment education, providing high-quality skilled talents in line with the market demand is the goal of talent training in vocational colleges, to achieve this goal must unswervingly take the road of school-enterprise cooperation. ByIII vigorously developing school-enterprise cooperation, Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational Technical College can not only output high-quality skilled talents for the Production and Construction Corps’ talent market, but also improve its competitiveness for long-term development.
