近年来,我国城市化进程加快,涌现出一大批新开发区,开发区已经成为各个城市中的 一个特殊区域,在城市中扮演着特殊的角色开发区成为改革开放以来我国经济发展的/排 头兵0本研究以/区域0这一崭新的视角对学校体育作一审视,旨在为学校体育在21世 纪的可持续发展作出贡献这不仅是实践的需要,同时也是理论发展的创新对辽宁省各 开发区经济指标和教育指标进行对比分析,最终根据开发区学校体育的特征为开发区学校 体育寻求自己的特色发展道路,并提出相应的对策为有关部门制定方针!政策提供科学 依据本文运用文献资料法!问卷调查法!访谈法!统计分析法!案例分析法等研究方法 经调查研究得出以下结论:(1)开发区学校大部分历史短,应当走出自己的与众不同 的道路,有别于市内的学校,在此基础上,学校体育走特色,具有潜在的方向优势!政策 优势!独特性,具备未来发展潜力辽宁省开发区学校体育走特色发展的道路具备了一定 条件并在立足高起点!高平台!高基础资源优势情况下特色发展,走出一条独特的优势 发展的道路(2)辽宁省开发区学校体育外部条件总体状况良好,政策支持和经济条件尤 为突出,个别发展处于初级阶段的开发区学校体育外部条件,还存在一定问题,如:缺乏 资金!学校体育器材医乏甚至没有达到5中小学体育器材设施配备目录6要求的标准(3) 各级领导对体育的重视程度以及开发区的成立年限!行政归属使开发区学校体育发展呈现 出不同层次(4)开发区学校总体上管理状况比较正规,但它们在设备!师资!生源!管 理!文化等方面呈现出许多差异(5)高学历!高职称年轻化的体育师资,为开发区学校 体育特色发展注入了活力(6)大连开发区高素质的体育师资!国家给予的各项优惠政策! 领导的重视程度以及对外交流活动均有效推动了开发区学校体育特色发展 在对开发区学校体育特色发展的研究基础上提出如下建议:(1)开发区学校要充分利 用好开发区的各项优势,抓住发展机遇走开发区学校体育特色发展的道路(2)辽宁省开 发区学校体育应充分利用良好的外部条件,抓住发展机遇,走特色发展的道路,个别处于 初级阶段的开发区,应加大对学校体育的关注度,加强学校体育工作的规范性,使学校体 育工作尽快走向优势发展的道路(3)辽宁省开发区学校体育特色发展应根据各开发区以 及学校的实际情况走多元化发展道路(4)开发区学校体育特色发展应充分调动广大体 育教师的积极性,充分发挥他们在学历!年龄上的优势(5)辽宁省各开发区学校应在借鉴大 连开发区学校体育特色发展的基础之上,根据各开发区的实际情况,走独特的优势发展的道路 关键词:开发区;学校体育;特色发展Abstraet Inrecentyears,withthedeveloPmentofurbanization,alargenumberofnewdeveloPment zoneshavebeenestablishedinChina,eachbecomingasPecialareaPlayingasPecialrole.These develoPmentzoneshavebecomethePacesetterduringthereformingandoPeninguPinour country,5economicdeveloPment.W亡canhaveanewlookatPhysicaleducationfromanew PersPectiveof/regions,aimingtocontributetothesustainabledeveloPmentofPhysical educationintheZlstcentury.This15notjustforPracticalneeds,butalsoforatheoretical develoPmentofinnovation.Inthisthesis,variouseconomicindicatorsandeducationalindicators arecomParativelyanalyzed,andultimatelydePendingonthecharacteristicsofthePhysical educationdeveloPmentinvariouszones,Physicaleducation15analyzedforitsowncharacteristic develoPmenttoProPoseaPProPriatemeasures.AsfordePartmentPolicy,itcanProvidea scientificbasisforPolicymaking.Therefore,documentationmethod,questionnaires,interview, statisticalanalysis,casestudymethod,etcareusedinthisthesis.
