Especially under the current strategic background of one area and one side, joint-stock banks carry out credit business around serving local enterprises and small and micro enterprises. Since 2017, the share of domestic shareholding banks has greatly increased to the company's credit business, accounting for 45% of the total business volume. With the extensive development of business, the credit risk of joint-stock banks to small and micro enterprises is more prominent. Under the new financial environment, how to do a good job of corporate credit business for joint-stock banks, on the one hand, is to optimize the process of credit evaluation, take the initiative to avoid risks, and realize differentiated, individualized and institutionalized marketing on the basis of existing business strategies. On the other hand, optimizing the credit business process of the company, speeding up the system innovation and product innovation, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the joint-stock banks and enhance the ability of the bank companies to grant credit business, are the main paths for joint-stock banks to reduce market risks, achieve institutionalized operation, develop customer manager system, product manager system marketing system and other innovative marketing capabilities. Firstly, this paper introduces the main concepts and basic theories of corporate credit business of commercial banks, the theoretical tools used in this study, and makes a basic exposition of the current research situation at home and abroad. On the basis of summing up the previous research experience, this paper puts forward the research direction and main research issues; secondly, according to the present situation of the credit business of A Branch of Qinnong Bank. This paper analyses the main practices of the bank's credit business, and the achievements and shortcomings. At the level of specific problem analysis, this paper dissects the microcosmic problems existing in the company's credit business, such as: cumbersome credit process, slow credit decision-making speed, low degree of closeness between credit business and market, long review cycle, low efficiency of approval and so on. This paper analyses the causes of the problems from the aspects of internal and external environment analysis, industry environment and comparative analysis of competitors. Then, qualitative and quantitative analysis is introduced by numerical classification extraction and model building to optimize the credit business process of A Branch of Agricultural Bank of Qin. This paperABSTRACT III points out the driving factors, innovative thinking and comparative advantages of the bank's credit business process optimization, and puts forward the quantitative analysis based on qualitative analysis. Through the model construction and scheme design, it puts forward the idea of problem solving and the implementation way of the design scheme. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the implementation of the company credit business process optimization scheme from the aspects of corporate culture, organizational structure, human resources, optimization of the process technology and so on.
