近年来,我国经济增长迅速,国家实力大为增强,制造业功不可没。与此同 时,资源浪费、环境污染等问题的显现,也反映出传统制造业作为资源大量使用 和消耗者的弊端。因势利导,大力发展循环经济,提升和改造传统制造业向现代 制造业转变,成为制造大国向制造强国迈进的必由之路,也是我国转变经济发展 方式、实现经济社会可持续发展的必然之选。 再制造符合循环经济“减量化、资源化、再利用”的原则和可持续发展的要 求,是现代制造业发展的一枝独秀。数控机床再制造作为一种打造工业装备“工 作母机”的制造,属于资源节约和环境保护型的先进制造、绿色制造。其主要通 过整合数字控制及自动化技术、电子信息技术和先进的制造工艺等高新技术,对 废旧机床进行再制造可行性评估、分类、拆卸以及再次设计、制造、装配等一系 列系统性工作,从而实现机体的零部件修复和整机性能的提升,使机床达到甚至 超过全新机床的出厂标准,并在多方面比原同型新机床功能更加丰富、表现更加 优秀。 基于以上背景,本计划书在对相关理论进行梳理的基础上,首先对数控机床 再制造的环境进行分析,主要运用 PEST 理论对数控机床再制造项目的宏观环境 进行分析,利用比较分析法对数控机床再制造项目的行业环境进行分析,利用五 力模型分析数控机床再制造项目的竞争环境,对数控机床再制造项目的发展前景 做出判断。其次,阐述天水星火机床有限责任公司数控机床再制造项目技术方案 的设计过程,从总体方案、工艺设计、总图设计,到建筑设计、动力设施、土建 工程,再到安全生产和节能环保,展示数控机床再制造在实际应用中所体现出的 社会效益和环境效益。第三,提出项目的组织机构设置和投融资方式选择以及财 务评价,从实际出发估算预期可实现的经济效益,同时对项目实施存在的风险进 行评估,提出具体的风险应对措施。最后,对星火机床公司数控机床再制造项目 做出结论,并对其未来发展做出展望。 通过本商业计划书,一方面说明该项目实施的必要性与可行性,进一步规范 其运营状况,另一方面增强投资者对该项目的投资信心,为项目争取有力的资金 保障,使项目最终得以顺利开展并取得预期效益。希望本计划书对星火公司实现 其既定商业目有所帮助,同时也对同类商业计划书的写作起到参考作用。IMBA 作者,朱文婷 星火数控机床再制造项目商业计划书 I 关键词,数控机床;再制造;循环经济;商业计划书IMBA 作者,朱文婷 星火数控机床再制造项目商业计划书 II Business Plan for Numerical Control Machine Tool Remanufacturing Project of Spark Co. Ltd. Abstract In recent years, China achieved rapid economic growth, but also paid a heavy price. (Hereinafter referred to as the Spark) CNC machine tools remanufacturing program design process, and taken production safety and energy saving in an important discussion height to reflect the project implied social and environmental benefits. Thirdly, propose project organization and financing methods and financial evaluation, estimating the economic benefits of the project could be realized.
