炭炭(C/C)复合材料是碳纤维增强碳基体复合材料,具有高强高模、密度 低、热膨胀系数小、耐烧蚀、耐疲劳、化学惰性、抗热冲击、尺寸稳定性高、断 裂任性大、导电性极高等一系列优点。近年来,随着碳纤维原材料及生产制造成 本的降低,C/C 复合材料的应用正在由航空航天领域逐渐进入工业领域,广泛取 代其它材料。C/C 复合材料制造技术的提高及高科技产业的需求使它在半导体工 业、冶金、化工、原子能工业和生物工程等领域的应用迅速发展。 文章结合项目投资管理相关理论和可行性研究决策方法,对 A 公司炭/炭复 合材料投资项目的具体方案及可行性进行研究,首先,文章通过对炭/炭复合材 料行业发展现状、需求与供给情况及未来发展进行预测,分析炭/炭复合材料行 业的发展前景,结合 A 公司现状,论证项目实施的必要性;然后,文章从项目 建设内容和规模、项目选址、产品技术方案、项目建筑方案、设备和人员安置等 生产管理的各个方面制订了 A 公司炭/炭复合材料产品的生产方案;最后,文章 按照可行性研究的相关方法和法律法规对 A 公司项目进行投资估算,并结合预 期收益情况进行财务评价,论证项目的可行性和盈利性。 通过文章的研究,理论上能对炭/炭复合材料项目这类新兴技术项目的可行 性研究提供案例;实践上完成了 A 公司的投资决策分析过程,有利于公司下一 步工作的开展。同时,对同行业炭/炭复合材料企业的投资决策也能起到借鉴作 用。 关键词,A 公司;炭/炭复合材料项目;投资决策;可行性研究II Abstract The carbon-carbon (C/C) composite material is carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix composite materials with high strength and high modulus, low density, thermal expansion coefficient, ablation resistance, fatigue resistance, chemical inertness, thermal shock resistance, high dimensional stability, fracture wayward large, highly conductive board a number of advantages. In combination with investment management theory and feasibility study of decision-making method, A carbon / carbon composites industry specific programs of investment projects and feasibility studies, articles of carbon / carbon composites industry development status, needs and supply situation and future development forecast, analysis of the prospects for the development of carbon / carbon composites industry, combined with the status of A company, demonstrated the need for implementation of the project; then, the article from the project construction content and scale of the project site, product programs, projects building programs, equipment and placement of personnel in all aspects of production management to develop a program of a carbon / carbon composite products; Finally, the article in accordance with related laws and regulations of the feasibility study on the investment in company A project estimate, combined with expected earnings, the financial evaluation of the feasibility and profitability of the demonstration projects.
