‐ I‐ 中文摘要 随着互联网时代的到来，传统行业与互联网的结合越来越密切，而数码冲印 业务与互联网的结合，是新时代下信息技术的进步与消费者消费升级的必然产物。 而这一项目的建立从宏观环境的角度讲会受到政治环境、经济环境、技术环 境等一系列因素的影响。与此同时，企业在该行业的经验和综合实力也是影响该 项目进程的关键因素，建立项目是否具有可持续性还要结合目标客户的情况以及 市场同行业的竞争对手情况加以分析，确保项目的可持续性。 本文通过对宏观环境的分析、企业自身条件的分析、行业的分析、管理与风 险的控制、商业模式分析以及效益分析，对 A 公司基于 4G 网络的数码冲印电子 商务平台进行可行性分析，从而明确了公司未来在互联网冲印业务的发展定位， 为项目的有效实施提供了必要的数据支撑和理论基础。 关键词，互联网；冲印；可行性；项目黑龙江大学硕士学位 ‐ ‐ II ‐ Abstract As the Internet era is coming, the combination of traditional industries and the Internet have also been increasingly frequent. And the combination of digital printing business and Internet is the inevitable product of the advancement of information technology and the upgrading of consumer consumption in the new era. The establishment of this project will be influenced by a series of factors including political environment, economic environment and technological environment. At the same time ， enterprises in the industry's experience and comprehensive strength are also key factors affecting the process of the project. To establish whether the project is sustainable still need to combine the situation of target customers and competitors in the market with the industry to analyze, and make sure the project is sustainable. In this article, through analyzing the the macro environment, the the conditions of enterprises, the analysis of the industry, the control of management and risk, the analysis of business model and the benefit analysis, this paper, based on the 4G network to A company in the grasp of digital printing e-commerce platform for feasibility analysis, which has been clear about the company's future in the development of the Internet printing business status, provides the necessary data to support and theoretical basis for the effective implementation of the project.
