美丰35kV输变电工程可行性研究报告及设计DOC

作为电力系统不可或缺的组成部分,输变电工程直接影响到整个电力系 统的安全可靠运行。因而,科学合理的输变电工程设计方案具有极其重要的 应用价值和现实意义。 本文根据海阳全市经济 发展和烟台美丰机械有限公司实际用电需求,以 《烟台电网“十二五”发展规划及 2030 年远景展望》和海阳市“十二五” 电网发展规划为基础,结合《国家电网公司输变电工程可行性研究内容深度 规定(试行)》相关要 求,对美丰 35kV 输变电工程建设的必要性进行了充分 论证,确定了工程合理的建设规模及投产年限,制定了接入系统方案和相关 系统二次方案,进一步明确了线路路径选择和工程设想,并对项目做了投资 估算。 报告开 篇详细分析了当前海阳市电网架构和发展现状。通过进行现场勘 查和负荷预测,在对 35kV 输变电工程典型设计深入分析和研究的基础上, 从多种方案的对比中完成了美丰 35kV 输变电工程设计。本文详细论述了变 电站的 选址、建设规模、接入系统方案以及系统通信方案,并对相关设备进 行了选型,对变电站的建设进行了科学布局。与此同时,报告还完成了送电 线路的路径选择,确定了铁塔、导线的选型及铁塔基础型式。根据此项工程 的 建设规模和工程量,对工程投资进行估算并分析,进而给出了该工程建设 十分必要、技术上可行以及经济上合理的结论。 目前,山东省电力公司已批准该工程项目的初步设计方案,现已进入具 体的工程设计和施工环节。本 文充分预想并解决了美丰 35kV 输变电工程建 设中的诸多实际问题,对今后类似输变电工程的建设具有重要的现实意义。 关键词,35kV;输变电工程;可行性;变电站II Abstract As an essential part of electric power system, power transmission project has a direct effect on the safe and reliable operation of the whole power supply system. Therefore, the scientific and rational design scheme of the power transmission project has extremely important application value and practical significance. According to the economic development of Haiyang and the actual demand of Yantai Meifeng Machinery Co., based on the Yantai grid 12th five-year plan and the 2030 Vision and the 12th five-year development plan of Haiyang grid, combined with the relevant requirements of State Grid Corporation of power transmission project feasibility study depth of content (Trial), this paper fully analyses and demonstrates the necessity of 35kV power transmission project. Then we determine the reasonable scale of construction work and commissioning of years and finalize the program of the access system and the second order system. The route selection and the engineering vision are also clarified. At last, the investment estimation of the project is provided in this paper. The paper begins with a detailed analysis of the current development of Haiyang grid system. Based on the deep analysis and research on the typical design of 35kV power transmission project, the paper completed a 35kV power transmission engineering design scheme after making comparison from a variety of programs, including the load forecasting and site survey. The location of the substation, the scheme of access system, the construction scale of the substation and the communication program are described in details. Besides, the relevant equipments of the substation are selected and a scientific layout of the construction is provided. Meanwhile, the transmission line route selection, the steel tower and steel tower wire selection and the basis form of the establishment and so on are completed in the paper. According to the scale and engineering quantity of the project, investment estimation and investment analysis are done. With this, we can conclude the necessity of the construction, the technical feasibility and the reasonableness on the economy. At present, the preliminary design scheme of the project has won the provincial approval of Shandong Electric Power Company, and the project has been into the detailed design and construction phase. This paper fully anticipates and resolves many practical problems of Meifeng 35kV power transmission project, so it has practical significance for the construction of the similar power transmission project in the future.
