纺织业是一个永恒的产业,也是我国的重要产业之一。加入 WTO 以来,纺 织行业全球化的竞争日趋激烈,一些企业在残酷的竞争中脱颖而出,而相当一部 分企业则处境艰难,如何使得这些企业走出困境,在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席 之地,是摆在我们面前亟待解决的问题。昌邑是全国重要的纺织工业生产基地, 纺织工业在几十年的发展过程中,曾在上交利税、出口创汇、解决就业、满足人 民物质文化生活的需求、促进昌邑经济的发展、保持社会稳定等方面做出了突出 贡献。但近些年来,由于存在着管理体制落后、产业结构不尽合理、产品开发创 新能力不足、技术装备落后、人才流失严重等问题,使得昌邑与国内纺织工业发 达的地区相比还存在较大差距,尤其是与沿海地区的差距逐渐在扩大,与国外纺 织工业发达的国家相比差距就更大。建立棉纺织基地集有利于各个中小型企业的 力量,引进品牌企业,吸引外资,力争使昌邑成为全国著名的纺织供销基地。本 文针对昌邑棉纺织基地的项目进行了可行性研究,详细论证了该项目的市场可行 性,是否符合市场需求,并提出发展中应采取的对策。 全文共分三大部分,由引言、主体部分和结论构成。 引言主要阐述了棉纺织行业在国民经济发展中的重要作用及建立棉纺织基 地的意义。 主体部分阐述了项目可行性研究的理论,在理论的指导下,首先介绍了国内 外纺织及昌邑纺织的现状,其次对该项目的背景、项目组织概况、项目进度与控 制、项目环境进行了详细描述,再次对该棉纺基地建设项目进行了市场前景与竞 争分析、项目规划与实施分析、市场可行性分析等一系列分析,从市场的角度对 棉纺织基地项目进行了可行性研究,对国内外需求的分析预测、对该基地的 SWOT 分析层层研究,研究了昌邑棉纺织基地建设过程中面临的优势、劣势、机会与威 胁,为棉纺织基地的决策提供了有力的论证依据。 通过对该项目的可行性研究,针对项目存在的困难和问题,阐述了棉纺基地 如何在发挥优势的基础上构建自身的竞争优势,并对今后的发展向导做出一些深 入分析,提出项目发展的对策,合理引导产业发展,促进节后优化升级;塑造纺 织品牌,扩大市场影响力;培育龙头企业,形成良性循环;完善人才培养机制,提 高管理运营水平;加强基础设施建设,适度进行产业转移;开发核心技术,提升产 品附加值;走新型工业化道路,完善纺织服务产业链,努力降低成本;坚定实施走 出去战略。 2)关键词, 纺织基地 市场可行性 SWOT 决策5 The feasibility of the cotton base in Changyi Abstract The textile industry is not only an eternal industry but also one of our country’s important industries. Since being affiliated WTO,the world competition in textile industry turns gradually drastic. Some enterprises outshine,but others in ruthlessness competition are difficult. How to make these enterprises come out the predicament and occupy a place in drastic market competition,is a problem to solute. Chang Yi is an important textile industry base in our country industry .The textile industry has made outstanding contribution in handing over the benefit tax law,exporting to create foreign change,solving employment,satisfying people in the material and culture live,promoting the economic development and keeping the social stable in several decades processing. But now,because of existing lagging manage system, industrial structure being not reasonable,the creative ability of product developing being shortage,technique material being falling behind and loss of talented people etc,it makes our province big differences with domestic region,particularly with the foreign flourishing countries. Establish cotton base for each set of small and medium enterprises, the introduction of brand enterprise, strength to attract foreign capital, and strive to make nearby become the nation's leading textile supply base. Aiming at the base of cotton nearby project feasibility study, project demonstrates the feasibility, conform to the market demand, and puts forward some developing countermeasures that should be adopted. The article is divided into three parts, and the main part of the introduction, the conclusion. Introduction mainly expounds the cotton textile industry in the development of national economy and the significance of establishment of cotton base. Main part describes the project feasibility study theory, in theory, under the guidance of first introduced the status quo of textiles and textile, secondly nearby on the background, the project organization, the project schedule and control project, described the environment of the cotton, again the base construction project with competitive market analysis, project planning and implementation feasibility analysis, market analysis and so on a series of analysis, from the Angle of the market for cotton base project feasibility study, analysis and prediction of domestic demand, on the base of SWOT analysis, the research nearby layer of cotton base construction process of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for textile base decisions, and provides a strong argument basis.
