随着科技与时代的不断发展,为共享经济出现提供了滋生的沃土。2017 年 堪称中国“共享经济元年”,共享单车、共享雨伞、共享充电宝等新生的共享事 物出现,实现了从引领时代的潮流向惠及民生的转变,给各行各业带来挑战的同 时也带来了机遇。大学图书馆和出版社之间进行资源共享一直影响着我国文化资 源的配置和利用,并成为制约我国文化发展的瓶颈。 作为出版阅读产业的供应商,出版社的资源一直得不到有效的转化和利用, 这在一定程度上造成资源浪费,对自身资源的开发一直处于比较低级的状态。大 学图书馆作为高校文化资源的集结地,在与出版社的合作中一直处于比较被动的 地位,大学里的馆藏资源无法得到有效的利用造成资源浪费,采购的图书不能满 足在校师生科研和阅读需求。两者的合作仅限于图书的采购,无法进行深层次的 沟通和信息共享。因此分析两者之间资源共享存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策 略,为两者间构建高效的资源共享模式,对于两者之间成功的进行资源共享显得 十分重要。 本文主要分为六章,其中 1-2 章为基础性的章节,主要介绍图书馆和出版社 两者各自的资源建设现状,分析两者之间资源共享进行的现状,为后续的进行打 好理论框架和基础;第 3 章主要分析两者之间进行资源共享的重要性和必然性, 阐述了资源共享的目标和意义,并分析了两者之间进行资源共享的必然性;第 4 章主要分析两者之间进行资源共享的影响因素包括媒介环境、经济环境和技术环 境等;第 5 章主要写两者之间进行资源共享的策略,结合前面的可能性和影响因 素为大学图书馆和出版社进行资源共享出谋划策。 本文从理论层面得出大学图书馆和出版社之间进行资源共享是切实可行的, 资源共享会受到来自于媒介环境、经济环境和技术环境等方面的影响,本文提出 了相应的解决策略,旨在为我国大学图书馆和出版社之间进行资源共享提供一个 理论上的参考。 关键词:大学图书馆;出版社;资源共享;影响因素III ABSTRACT With the continuous development of science and technology and the era, it provides fertile ground for the emergence of a sharing economy. In 2017, China’s first year of “share economy” shared the emergence of new and shared things like cycling, sharing umbrellas, and shared charging treasures. It has transformed the trend of leading the era to benefit people’s livelihood, and has brought challenges to all walks of life. It also brought opportunities. The sharing of resources between university libraries and publishing houses has always affected the allocation and use of cultural resources in our country, and has become a bottleneck restricting the development of China's culture. As a supplier of publishing and reading industry, the resources of publishers have not been effectively converted and utilized. This has caused a certain amount of waste of resources to a certain extent, and the development of their own resources has been at a relatively low level. As a gathering place for university cultural resources, university libraries have always been in a relatively passive position when they cooperate with publishing houses. The collection resources in universities cannot be used effectively and the purchased books cannot satisfy the reading needs of college students. The cooperation between the two is limited to the purchase of books, and it is impossible to carry out in-depth communication and information sharing. Therefore, to build a resource sharing model for both, analyze and solve the existing factors between the two, and propose a corresponding solution strategy, it is very important for the successful sharing of resources between the two. This article is mainly divided into six chapters, of which chapters 1-2 are the basic chapters, which mainly introduce the current status of resource construction of both the library and the publisher, and the current status of resource sharing between the two, for the follow-up study. Good theoretical framework and foundation; Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the importance and inevitability of resource sharing between the two, the goal and significance of resource sharing from both, and then analyzes the inevitability of resource sharing between the two; Chapter 4 mainly The factors that influence the sharing of resources between the two include the media environment, economic environment, and technology environment; Chapter 5 mainly writes strategies for resource sharing between the two, combining the previous possibilitiesIV and influencing factors for the university library and Publishers make resource sharing decisions and build shared platforms. After the study of this paper, it is feasible to share resources between university libraries and publishers theoretically.
