有企业和企业管理存在,就会有企业文化的存在。纵观成功企业的发展史, 无一例外都有深厚的自身文化的沉淀。伴随着全球经济一体化和贸易投资自由化 的不断向前发展,我国的外向型经济规模不断发展壮大,企业之间竞争的内容和 外延也不断的深化,经济社会的发展对企业文化的发展提出了更高的要求。2014 年开始,金融行业承受着越来越大的经济下行压力,金融风险也日益凸显。在此 情况下,作为一家诞生在县级市的地方性银行,新郑农商银行却逆势而上,成为 地方商业银行的一个优秀代表。纵观新郑农商银行的发展,其强大的企业文化始 终给企业发展提供了不竭的动力,正是秉承这种文化理念,该企业展现出了极其 强大的生命力与向心力。 本文以新郑农商银行企业文化建设为研究对象,通过文献分析法、个别访谈 法和问卷调查法等研究方法,首先从国内外企业文化的研究背景入手,概括分析 国内外企业文化研究的现状,阐述企业文化研究的意义及研究内容和方法。其次, 对企业文化理论的相关概念进行阐述,介绍企业文化的内容和结构,分析企业文 化的作用以及与企业发展的关系。再次,结合理论对新郑农商银行的企业文化进 行深入学习、梳理、分析和研究,紧贴新郑农商银行的成立、演变及发展过程, 梳理出该行企业文化现状,总结出该行企业文化在特定时间、特定区域及特定民 俗特点下的生命力、闪光点和独创性及核心优势。再次之,结合相关调查研究情 况,对新郑农商银行的企业文化建设进行再认识,分析其自身文化建设中存在的 不足,主要是企业文化制度不健全、企业文化不能与企业发展阶段充分契合、企 业文化缺乏“软环境”建设、企业文化发展存在地域瓶颈等问题,并进一步分析 问题背后的成因,概括为中层管理人员和员工对企业文化建设的重视力度不够、 企业文化建设没有与企业战略紧密结合、企业文化建设目的和内容相对单一、企 业文化建设缺乏制度保障等深层次的原因。最后,在深入分析问题的基础上结合 实际情况,对该企业的企业文化建设提出意见和建议,主要是构建与企业发展愿 景相适应的企业文化、加强人才队伍建设、强化企业文化“软环境”建设等具体 对策。 通过对新郑农商银行企业文化建设的研究和深入分析,以期进一步提高该企 业对企业文化体系建设重要性的认识,并为新郑农商银行企业文化建设提供一些 借鉴,促进该企业不断完善企业文化建设,实现持续健康发展。同时,对新郑农 商银行的企业文化研究,也将进一步丰富金融行业企业文化的内容。 关键词,新郑农商银行;企业文化;文化建设;II Abstract Where there are enterprises and enterprise management, there are corporate cultures.Throughout the development history of successful enterprises, there is no exception to the profound precipitation of their own cultures.Along with the continuous development of global economic integration ,trade and investment liberalization, China's export-oriented economy keeps growing, and the content and extension of competition among enterprises are also deepening. The development of economy and society puts forward higher requirements for the development of enterprise culture.Since 2014, the financial industry has been under increasing downward pressure of the economy, and financial risks have become increasingly prominent.Under such circumstances, as a local bank rooted in a county-level city, Xinzheng Rural Commercial Bank bucked the trend and became an excellent representative of local commercial Banks.Throughout the development of xinzheng rural commercial bank, its strong corporate culture has always provided an inexhaustible driving force for the development of the enterprise. Due to the precisely adhering to this cultural concept that the enterprise has shown extremely strong vitality and centripetal force. This paper targets the culture construction of Xinzheng Rural Commercial Bank as the research object, adopting literature analysis, individual interviews and questionnaire survey research as main research methods, firstly, starting from the researching background of enterprise culture at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the present situation of the domestic and foreign enterprise culture research, and expounds the importance of enterprise culture research and the research content and methods.Secondly, it elaborates the related concepts of corporate culture theory, introduces the content and structure of corporate culture, and analyzes the role of corporate culture and its relationship with corporate development.Again, Conbining with the theory,this paper makes in-depth study, sorting ,analysis and research for the corporate culture of Xinzheng Rural Commercial Bank . closely adhering to the establishment, evolution and development process of Xinzheng Rural Commercial Bank , It figures out the present situation of this bank’s enterprise culture , summarizes the corporate culture vitality,highlights , originality and core advantages under the background of a certain time, certain areas and the special folk characteristics,Furthermore , along with the relevant research, the paper reinforces the insight to the cultrual constrution of Xinzheng Rural Commercial Bank, and analyzes the shortcomings in the course of its cultural construction,which are mainly concerned with that the enterprise culture system is not sound, enterprise culture can't fully fit for the enterprise development stage ,lacks of "soft environment" construction of enterprise culture and enterprise culture has regional development bottlenecks, thenIII makes further analysis of the causes behind the problems,which can be concluded as follows: the middle-level managers and employees pay insufficient attention to the construction of enterprise culture; the construction of enterprise culture is not closely integrated with enterprise strategy; the purpose and content of the construction of enterprise culture are relatively single; the construction of enterprise culture lacks system guarantee and other deep-rooted reasons as well .Finally, based on in-depth analysis of the problems and combined with the actual situation, this paper puts forward suggestions and proposals for the enterprise's corporate culture construction, mainly to build corporate culture in line with the enterprise's development vision, strengthen the construction of talent team,intensify the enterprise culture "soft environment" construction and other specific countermeasures. Through the research and in-depth analysis of the corporate culture construction of Xinzheng Rural Commercial Bank, the author hopes to further improve the enterprise's understanding of the importance of the construction of corporate culture system, and provide some reference for the construction of corporate culture of Xinzheng Rural Commercial Bank, so as to promote the enterprise to continuously improve the construction of corporate culture and achieve sustainable and healthy development.Meanwhile, the research on the corporate culture of Xinzheng Rural Commercial Bank will further enrich the content of corporate culture in the financial industry.
