随着电视、网络、手机 APP 等对美食市场的竞争和冲击,美食类纸质图书整体销量 有所下降,但经过市场资源整合,以及整体国民生活水平的提高,不同媒介分别找到了 各自的受众群体,美食类图书依然是大众图书市场的主力军之一。当下,一些趋于平民 化,注重实用性、可操作性,内容展示新颖,价格合理的美食图书依旧大受读者欢迎, 如青岛出版社出版的《巧厨娘家常菜》(2011 年 5 月第一版,2014 年 3 月第 13 次印刷) 单册销量超过 20 万,并且依然在动销;“新编”系列图书总销量超过 150 万册,中国纺 织出版社出版的《妈妈的味道》(2014 年 1 月第一版)销量也很好。 《厨房之初体验》正是基于这股菜谱平民化的浪潮,特别针对具有高中以上文化水 平、18 到 35 岁且生活在北方城市的职场人士,以菜谱和厨房小故事相组合的形式,兼 顾工具书与人文书的特点,策划的美食类图书选题。 拟聘请的作者为文怡。文怡是多个电视美食节目的主持人,是微博美食达人,也是 美食类图书畅销作家。 关键词 美食图书 选题策划 《厨房之初体验》 文怡Abstract II Abstract With the rapid development of new media--mobile media and online, the competition and charge lead to the downward trend on the overall sales of paper books market related in diet classes. "The fresh kitchen experience" based on the trend of flexibility of recipes, aims at 18-35 years old and living in the northern city of workers who generally owed at lease a high school education level, as a combination of stories and recipes, which deliver the method of cooking but also some knowledge of life, so it would be trend on the book market. The planned author is Wen Yi. She is not only a MC on many TV food program, but also a hot micro-blogger, as well as a top seller on food book ranking.
