摘要
彤德莱餐饮管理公司连锁店员工培训方案设计
近些年随着餐饮业的发展,行业内部竞争日趋激烈。餐饮连锁店员工作为
其核心人力资源,是利润的主要创造者,同时也是企业的核心竞争力和品牌的
直接推广者。因此,如何合理培训和开发员工的工作能力,提高连锁店管理人
员的管理能力以及提升服务人员的服务水平,是现代连锁餐饮企业人力资源管
理中需要关注的重点问题
本文以彤德莱餐饮管理公司连锁店员工培训方案为研究内容,通过对现阶
段公司连锁店员工的人力资源现状、培训方案以及方案实施情况的说明和分析,
来探究其中的问题和缺陷,并提出相应的解决方案和保障措施。在具体的优化
过程中,笔者分别从培训需求分析、培训课程设计、培训实施以及培训效果评
估四个方面,对彤德莱餐饮管理公司连锁店现行员工培训方案进行优化。随后
结合公司自身特点和行业发展趋势,基于培训时间安排、培训地点选择、培训
内容制定、培训评估方法选择等角度,对公司连锁店员工培训的各个环节,制
定有针对性的培训优化方案;与此同时,本文学习和借鉴了美国哈佛大学katg
教授提出的管理技能最优组合方法并引入员工技能矩阵,为提升员工培训效果
提供理论支撑和数据支持,从而使公司连锁店员工培训方案更具有科学性和合
理性,也更广泛地被员工所接受。最后,笔者又从培训方案实施要点、连锁店
员工培训方案的人力保障以及连锁店员工培训制度等方面,为员工培训方案的
实施提供保障,促使其优化方案顺利进行
本文尽可能地覆盖了培训需求、培训项目设计、培训组织实施和培训效果
评估等重要环节,对彤德莱餐饮管理公司连锁店员工培训方案进行优化,使其
人才培养和人才储备工作发挥良好效应,进而提升彤德莱餐饮公司在激烈市场
竞争中的核心竞争能力

ABSTRACT
Design on Chain Store Staff Training Program of Tong De Lai
Restaurant Management Company
In recent years, with the development of the catering industry, competition
within the industry is becoming increasingly fierce, the food and beverage industry
chain catering enterprises staff as the core human resource, is the main creator of
enterprise profit, is the core competitiveness and brand enterprise direct promotion.
Therefore, how to train and develop chain store employees, improve the management
capacity and service ability of chain store managers is a problem that must be
considered in modern human resources management of chain catering enterprises.
The main content of this paper is the chain store staff training program of Tong
De Lai Restaurant Management Company. By explaining and analyzing the
implementation of human resources, training programs and training programs, we
find the problems and shortcomings, and put forward corresponding solutions and
safeguard measures for implementation. In the optimization process of concrete, the
author analysis from four aspects of training needs assessment, training curriculum
design, training implementation and training effect to optimize the current staff
training program. Combined with the company's own characteristics and the
development trend of the industry, from the perspective of training time design,
training location selection, training contents, training methods and training evaluation
methods, we made targeted training optimization plan for every link of chain store
staff training. At the same time, we learn and draw on the best combination of
management skills proposed by Professor katG of the Harvard University in the
United States. And the introduction of employee competency matrix provides
theoretical support and data support for training effect of chain store employees, so
that staff training programs in chain stores are more scientific and acceptable to
employees. At the end of the article, the author also implement employee training
scheme, chain stores and human security staff training system from the training
program, to provide protection for the implementation of the company chain store

staff training plan, promote the optimized company chain store staff training plan
smoothly.
This paper optimizes the staff training program of the chain store and cover the
store staff training from the training needs, training project design, organization and
implementation of training and training effect evaluation as far as possible, trying our
best to help Tong De Lai company to do the work of personnel training and reserves.
Then the company's core competes in the fierce market competition can be promoted.
