摘要
长春龙嘉国际机场非航空性业务发展战略研究
随着中国经济的快速崛起,带动了世界经济的复苏,特别是在中国“一带一
路”政策的引领下,我国的各项发展迎来前所未有的大好形势。伴随着贸易量的
增加,人口流动频繁,国家与国家之间、地区与地区之间的交流越来越多,这使
得交通运输行业不断发展壮大。我国民航运输业作为交通运输行业的重要组成部
分,也同样迎来了机遇和挑战。过去,由于人们普遍生活水平较低、收入较少,
乘坐飞机成为一种奢侈和值得炫耀的事情,但随着国民经济和收入水平的不断提
高,乘坐飞机出行已经不足为奇。然而近几年来,我国高铁运输业的飞速发展,
给民航运输业带来了巨大的冲击,因此,如何立足自身优势,扩大市场占有份额,
提高经济效益,成为民航运输业急需解决的问题
由于受到国际航油价格、地区关系、空域资源等因素的制约,机场的航空性
业务发展空间有限,而且航空性业务的定价通常受政府管控,浮动空间不大,因
此,要想通过提高航空性业务收入来改善机场的整体经济效益并不现实。而作为
机场经营收入的另一个重要组成部分,非航空性业务因其灵活性高、利润空间大、
发展前景广阔,正逐渐成为提高机场整体收益、提升经营服务质量、增加客货运
吞吐量的重要途径。如何利用和发展好非航空性业务,以促进航空性业务量和机
场整体收益的增长,已成为机场发展战略的重要环节,是本文的主要研究内容
长春龙嘉国际机场作为东北地区主要的干线机场,承载着重要的客运、货运
任务,自2005年通航以来,一直保持着快速稳定的发展态势。然而由于地理位
置、规划面积、经营模式、经济环境等方面的限制,其发展情况较比国内一些发
达城市的大型枢纽机场还有很大差距,特别是在非航空性业务的发展上,无论是
经营规模还是经营收益,都具有很大的发展空间
本文意在通过全面研究长春龙嘉国际机场的运营情况及非航空性业务的发
展现状,对照国内外部分比较有代表性的大型枢纽机场在经营非航空性业务方面
的成功经验,找出自身的差距和不足,充分利用现有的优势条件和发展机遇,制

定出一套行之有效的非航空性业务发展战略,以提高非航空性业务的发展水平,
并通过非航空性业务的发展带动航空性业务的发展,进而全面提升长春龙嘉国际
机场的行业地位和经营收益,提高旅客满意度和国际知名度

Abstract
Research on Non-aviation Business Development Strategy of
Changchun Longjia International Airport
With the rapid rise of Chinese economy, driven by the recovery of the world economy,
especially in the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative policy under the guidance of the
development of our country ushered in a hitherto unknown situation. With the
increase of trade volume, the flow of population is frequent, the exchange between
countries and countries, regions and regions is more and more, which makes the
transportation industry grow and grow. As an important part of the transportation
industry, Chinese civil aviation industry also faces opportunities and challenges. In
the past, it was a luxury and worth showing off because of the low standard of living
and less income, but it was no wonder that flying with the national economy and
income level was increasing. However, in recent years, the rapid development of the
high speed rail transport industry in China has brought great impact to the civil
aviation industry. Therefore, how to expand the market share and improve the
economic efficiency has become an urgent problem for the civil aviation
transportation industry.
Due to the constraints of international aviation oil price, regional relations and
airspace resources, the aviation business development space of the airport is limited,
and the pricing of aviation business is usually controlled by the government, and the
floating space is not large. Therefore, it is not realistic to improve the overall
economic benefit of the airport by improving the aviation business income. As
another important part of the airport operating income, non-aviation business is
becoming an important way to improve the overall revenue of the airport, improve the

service quality and increase the passenger and freight throughput because of its high
flexibility, large profit space and broad prospects. How to use and develop
non-aviation business to promote the growth of aviation business and the overall
revenue of the airport has become an important part of the airport development
strategy, and is the main research content of this paper.
Changchun Longjia Airport, as the main trunk line airport in the northeast,
carries important passenger and freight tasks. Since 2005, it has maintained a rapid
and stable development trend. However, because of the geographical location,
planning area, management model, economic environment and other limitations, its
development is far larger than the large hub airports in some developed cities,
especially in the development of non-aviation business, whether it is the scale of
operation or operating income, which has a great development space.
The purpose of this paper is to compare the current situation of the operation of
Changchun Longjia Airport and the development of non-aviation business, and
compare the successful experience of the representative large hub airports in the
management of non-aviation business, to find out their own gaps and shortcomings,
and to make full use of the existing advantages and development machines. A set of
effective non-aviation business development strategy is developed to improve the
development level of non-aviation business, and to promote the development of
aviation business through the development of non-aviation business, and then
improve the industry status and operating income of Changchun Longjia Airport in an
all-round way, and improve the passenger satisfaction and international popularity.
