摘要
银行的发展经历了较为迅速的阶段，如今利率定价基本放开，银行的传统业务
受到比较大的挑战。于此同时，近几年互联网金融的崛起对银行的传统业务也产生
了较大的冲击；银行支付结算业务份额正被第三方支付逐渐蚕食，保险、信托、基
金公司等对私人财富管理业务的瓜分，也挤压了商业银行的生存空间。为了适应竞
争日益加剧的的金融市场，PF银行首要选择制定适合本企业的战略目标开始，增强
本企业的核心竞争力，提高本企业的竞争力和市场份额。本文以PF银行作为样本，
比较详细介绍了PF银行的发展历程、发展经验，以及在发展过程中遇到的战略性问
题，从战略管理的角度出发，较为全面的解析了PF银行的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，
积极探索一个全新的发展方向，以期解决目前PF银行运行的关键问题，使PF银行
实现真正意义上的发展，为PF银行制定和选择新型的战略提供思路
本文首先采用文献研究法，对于论文的研究背景进行描述，并搜集整理国内外
相关研究成果，从中得到启发。然后进入针对PF银行的具体研究，采用PEST分析
方法对PF银行发展的宏观环境因素进行具体分析，并采用波特五力模型分析其微观
竞争环境，又通过SWOT分析矩阵分析器机遇、威胁、优势与劣势
在此分析的基础之上，本文提出PF银行应该明确发展目标，实施架构的优化，
聚焦效益中心，并抓牢严守底线和优化结构两个重点，从公司业务发展优势的稳固、
零售业务的攻坚、金融市场业务的创利、风险管控和管理精细化水平等方面实施其
发展战略。最后，还应从组织体系、信息技术、人才队伍、党建工作等方面采取一
系列的保障措施

Abstract
Experience a more rapid stages of bank development, interest rate pricing now
opening, the bank's traditional business was bigger challenges. At the same time, in recent

payment, insurance, trusts, fund managers on private wealth management division, has
squeezed the living space of commercial banks. In order to adapt to increased competition
in financial markets, PF Bank of first choice for formulating the strategic objectives of the
enterprise began, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, enhance the
competitiveness of enterprises and market share. Thesis to PF Bank as sample, detailed

development in the encountered of strategic problem, then from strategy management of
angle starting, more full of analytical has PF Bank of advantage, and disadvantage, and

At first, this thesis adopts literature research, the paper introduces the research
background, and collect the related research results at home and abroad, get inspired. Then
into the research of PF bank, using PEST analysis method to carry out specific analysis on
the macro environment factors for the development of PF bank, and uses the porter five
model to analyze its microcosmic competition environment, and through the SWOT
analysis matrix analyzer opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages.

should clear goals, implementation of architecture optimization, focusing on the benefits
of center, and hold the adherence to the bottom line and optimize the structure of two key。
