EMR公司质量成本管理的研究
摘 要
随着全球经济一体化的快速发展，企业之间的竞争由原来的价格竞争，转变成为产品
的质量竞争。企业长久生存和发展的关键要素之一就是产品的质量。很多企业一般只关
心质量的技术性指，却忽视了质量成本的经济性。加强了企业的质量成本管理，才可使
得企业增强企业的竞争能力,但是如果只是片面地追求很高质量，而带来的产品成本的大
幅度上涨，必然会带来销售价格的不断升高，这样可能使得产品在市场竞争中处于很被
动位置，也有可能会使产品滞销，不能给企业带来好的销售与运营效果，所以一个企业
想要质量好，支持品牌，又能使产品的成本控制在最低点，就非常有必要对企业质量成
本进行管理和控制
经济技术和经济水平的不断发展和持续提高，顾客不仅在享有富足多彩的物质生活，
同时对质量的需求提出了更高的要求，不过企业不能单纯地追求质量而不考虑成本，这
就需要对质量与成本问题进行研究，寻求质量与成本的最优化组合与平衡点，运应科学
的管理模式，流程控制管理，尽可能降低质量成本，使得企业可以收到满意的收益和核
心竞争力
2015年至2017年初，受到全球经济危机、企业运营管理不佳等复杂因素影响，EMR
公司在全球范围内进行产品整合，将低利润的产品工厂卖出。与此同时，EMR总公司在销
售、库存周转率控制、成本降低，精益化生产、5S管理等方面，对各全球各个工厂提出
了更高的要求。 在全球经济快速发展及竞争加剧的环境下，EMR公司南京工厂，如何确
保按时按量完成高质量产品要求，同时降低成本，完成EMR总公司对南京工厂要求的高
效率的各项营运指标，是当前所急需解决的问题
此文从一名财务成本管理者的角度，对目前EMR公司南京工厂的质量成本的管理进行
了分析，加强质量成本管理的概念推广，阐述了质量成本管理的重要性以及质量成本的
理论知识。然后结合EMR南京工厂的质量成本管理的实际的案例，探究EMR公司质量成
本的上升的原因，对公司内部不同系列的产品质量成本进行数据分析，并采取相应的措
施，运用质量屋、质量功能开展、SPC和精益质量等管理方法，给出了对企业有效的质量
成本管理建议进行质量成本的管理
在论文的最后阶段，通过对质量成本管理实行前后的质量成本数据跟踪分析。在进行
了质量成本管理以后，EMR公司质量成本得到了明显的改善

Abstract
With the rapid development of global economic integration, the competition between
enterprises is changed from price competition to product quality competition. The quality of
products has become a key factor for the long-term survival and development of enterprises.
Generally, many company only care about the technical quality of quality, but neglect the
economic efficiency of quality cost. Strengthen the quality cost management of the enterprise, it
can make the enterprise enhances the enterprise's competition ability. But if only pursuit of high
quality, It would bring the high product cost, and inevitably sales price rising, It could make
products in the market competition in a very passive position, is likely to make the product
unsalable, cannot bring good effect on sales and operations, so the company want to good quality,
support the brand, can make the product cost control in the low again, it is necessary to enhance
the cost management of quality.
During 2015 to early 2017, Affected by various complex factors, such as impact of the global
economic crisis, poor internal operations, etc, EMR companies around the world in terms of
product integration, sold low-margin products factory. At the same time, the headquarters of EMR
raised higher request in terms of sales, inventory turnover, cost reduction, lean production ,5S
management and other business fields. EMR company Nanjing factory, how to ensure that
unluckily complete, high quality products at the same time, reduce costs, to complete the EMR
corporation operating indicators of Nanjing factory requirements of high efficiency, the current is
an urgent need to solve the problem.
This article from the perspective of a financial cost management, the quality of the EMR
company Nanjing factory cost management are analyzed, and strengthen the concept of quality
cost management, for the importance of quality cost and quality cost theory are expounded. And
combining with the quality of EMR Nanjing factory cost management of the actual cases and EMR
companies in the global quality cost compare between other factories, found EMR Nanjing factory
quality cost reduction in urgency, finally to the internal different series of products of the company
quality cost for data analysis, gives Suggestions on the effective quality cost management of the
enterprise.
At the last, through to the quality cost management practice before and after the analysis of
the quality cost data tracking. After the quality cost management, the EMR company got improved
quality cost.
