摘要
在现代科学技术越来越发达的背景下，企业生产的机械化水平越来越高，对
机械设备的依赖也越来越强。企业怎样利用好这些设备，使其发挥最大的功效，
如同企业的人力资源管理中如何发挥员工的最大作用一样的关键。如果对设备的
管理不好，不能充分发挥设备的功能，或者是设备过度使用，容易导致故障，都
会给企业的生产造成严重的影响。因此，如何管理企业的设备资源，使其能够发
挥最大的功效，同时又能够确保其使用的安全性，从而达到生产运行的最佳状态，
产生最大的效益，这是一个值得研究的课题
本文主要运用理论研究与实践研究相结合的方法，以设备管理相关理论为基
础，对哈尔乌素露天煤矿运输设备的管理现状进行了分析，探讨了哈尔乌素露天
煤矿运输设备管理过程中存在的问题，并结合实际工作中的经验提出相应的措施
和建议
文章首先阐述了哈尔乌素露天煤矿设备管理存在的问题，分析其设备的总体
情况以及管理特征；重点研究了设备在使用、维护、维修以及使用的成本费用方
面所存在问题，针对性的提出了相应的措施和建议。文章主要以规范哈尔乌素露
天煤矿运输设备管理为中心，通过科学的配置运输设备，完善相关的使用制度，
配置设备的操作和管理人员，进行三级定期保养等措施的维保，加强相应设备的
润滑管理，建立科学的检修模式对设备进行定期的检修，以提升哈尔乌素露天煤
矿运输设备的管理水平，确保煤矿生产的顺利进行

Abstract
With the development of modern science and technology, the level of
mechanization of produced by enterprises is getting higher, and the dependence on
mechanical equipment is also increasing. How companies can make good use of these
devices to maximize their effectiveness is just as important as how the company’s
human resources management plays its role. The bad management of the equipment, for
instance, the functions of the equipment cannot be fully utilized, or the equipment is
used excessively which will easily lead to failure, will have a serious impact on the
production of the enterprise. Therefore, how to manage the company's equipment
resources so that they can maximize their effectiveness and ensure the safety of their use
to achieve the best state of production and operation which will produce the maximum
benefit is a subject worth studying.
This article mainly uses the method of theoretical research and practical research,
based on equipment management related theories, analyzes the current situation of the
management of transport equipment in the Haruosu open-pit coal mine, and discusses
the management of transport equipment in the Haruosu open-pit coal mine, and put
forward corresponding measures and suggestions to the existing problems with the
actual work experience.
The article firstly expounds the problems existing in the equipment management of
the Haruosu open-pit coal mine, analyzes the overall situation and the management
characteristics of the equipment, and focused on the problem about the cost during
maintenance and use, and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.
The article mainly focuses on the regulation of the transportation equipment
management of Haruosu open-pit coal mine, scientifically deploys transportation
equipment, completes related usage systems, configures equipment operation and
management personnel, carries out three-level regular maintenance and other measures,
strengthens corresponding lubrication management of equipment, and establishes a
scientific mode of maintenance on the equipment to carry out regular overhauls, in order
to improve the management level of Haruosu open-pit coal mine transportation
equipment and ensure the smooth production of coal mine.
