数字化已经扑面而来,以大数据、公有云(私有云)、移动互联、物联网为
代表的数字技术飞速崛起。尽管国内基于互联网的保险业务发展迅猛,但是与
银行业和新兴互联网金融机构相比,国内保险企业的数字化尚处在发展初期,
无论是绝对值还是占比均较低。在我国经济“新常态”的环境下,加快发展现代
保险服务业已融入新时期的国家发展战略,保险业的地位和作用得到升华。现
代保险服务将会越来越灵活,范畴会越来越丰富,并且与其它生活服务的关联
程度会越来越紧密。未来的保险服务将构建“保险+生活”绿色生态圈。要实现“保
险+生活”绿色生态圈,以客户需求为新起点,依托保险信息化和数字化转型建
立数字化运营体系,共同打造新的价值链条。也就是说,保险业要实现升华和
可持续发展,需要主动拥抱数字化经营
互联网+时代有必要强化保险企业的数字化经营、战略决策和管理理念
保险企业首先需要大力挖掘自身数据价值,着手数据基础建设,打造DMP大
数据管理平台。其次,保险企业需要调整销售渠道发展策略,聚焦去中介化,
加快向移动端转型,将移动端平台打造成客户导入、产品营销、产品购买的新
蓄水池。第三,保险企业需要整合内部数据,消除数据孤岛,创造数据变现的
多维度应用场景。此外,保险行业还需要建立完善的交互机制以便共享保险企
业的行业数据,从而形成保险企业需要的闭环、完善、持续、动态、变现的数
据池,并将大数据应用和数字化升华推向新的高峰
上述都显现出我们研究保险行业数字化的理论与实践意义。本文以C保险
集团公司为例来分析保险行业经营数字化的必要性、路径和举措等,以此来指
导实践、促进国内保险行业的发展。希望本文的研究能为以C保险集团公司的
发展贡献出一份力量,对于其他正处于类似状况的中资保险企业同样具有重要
的借鉴意义

Digitalization has been coming, and digital technologies, represented by big data,
public cloud (private cloud), mobile Internet and Internet of things, have risen rapidly.
Although the domestic Internet insurance business development rapidly, but
compared with the banking and financial institutions in the emerging Internet, digital
in the early stage of development of domestic insurance enterprise, whether the
absolute value or percentage are lower. In the context of the new normal of China's
economy, the development of modern insurance service has been integrated into the
national development strategy of the new era, and the status and role of the insurance
industry have been sublimated. Modern insurance services will become more flexible,
more and more diverse, and more and more connected with other living services.
Future insurance services will build a green ecosystem of insurance + living. In
order to realize the green ecosphere of insurance + life, and to build a digital
operation system based on insurance informationization and digitization
transformation, we will build a new value chain. That is to say, the insurance industry
should realize the sublimation and sustainable development, need to embrace the
operation digitalization actively.
he Internet + era strengthens the digital management, strategic decision and
management philosophy of insurance enterprises. First, insurance companies need to
exploit their own data value, set up data infrastructure and build DMP big data
management platform. Second, insurance companies need to adjust the marketing
channel development strategy, focus disintermediated, accelerate the transformation
to the mobile terminal, mobile platform into the customer import, product marketing,
product purchase new reservoir. Third, insurance companies need to integrate internal
data, eliminate data islands and create multi-dimensional application scenarios for
data realisations. In addition, the insurance industry also need to establish a perfect
interaction mechanism in order to share the data of insurance enterprises, so as to
form a closed loop, with insurance companies need to perfect, continuous, dynamic,

recovery of the data pool, and applies the big data and digital sublimation to a new
peak.
All above shows our theoretical and practical significance to study the
digitization of insurance industry. This paper will take the insurance industry as an
example to analyze the necessity and ways of operation of the insurance industry, so
as to guide the practice and promote the development of the insurance industry. It is
hoped that the research of this paper can contribute to the development of Pacific
insurance company, and it is also of great significance for other Chinese insurance
companies in similar situations.
