摘要
郑州XS电子科技有限公司(本文简称XS公司)是一家以为粮食仓储行业
客户提供粮情测控系统及相关服务的高新技术企业。成立十余年来,XS公司致
力于满足粮食产业智能化、科技化发展需求,在资产规模、盈利能力、产品营销、
科研水平等方面稳步提升。作为一家民营中小企业,XS公司在应对内外部环境
的变化,运用自身有限的资源达成企业战略目标时面临一系列问题,需要XS公
司制定和选择符合其经营现状和未来目标的发展战略,帮助企业实现其战略目

本文立足于XS公司所处的时代背景、行业现状和自身状况,运用PEST分
析和波特五力模型分析XS公司所处的宏观外部环境和面临的行业竞争态势;从
公司结构、人力资源、财务状况、生产研发、营销等五个不同方面对XS公司的
内部环境进行分析并且在此基础上对XS公司进行SWOT分析;而后从企业使
命以及企业自身战略定位出发,制定和选择企业总体发展战略、竞争战略和各部
门职能战略;最后从组织制度、人力资源、资金、技术、企业文化等五个方面提
出战略实施的一系列保障机制
本文对XS公司的发展战略做出如下规划:依托粮情测控这一核心业务,充
分利用企业在这一领域长期以来的经营经验和技术优势,深入挖掘粮情测控行
业及市场,以此为基础开发衍生产品,扩展产品线,尝试探索新市场领域,最终
成为行业内具有较强影响力的仓储信息化、智能化系统供应商

ABSTRACT
Zhengzhou XS Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.,for short XS Company, is a high-
tech enterprise that provides grain monitoring and control systems and related services
for grain storage industry. Since its establishment before more than ten years, XS
Corporation has been dedicated to national grain industry development on the
intelligence technology and increased its asset scale, profitability,its market and
research capability steadily. As a privately-owned small-medium enterprise on scale,
XS company is still facing a series of problems which is responding to the change with
internal and external environments and using their own limited resources to achieve
their strategic goals. They need to develop and decide developmental strategy with that
to meet their operational status and future development goals. And which will help
companies to reach the strategic goals.
This article analyzed the macro external environment and industry competition
situation based on the background, industry status and own situation, using PEST
analysis and Porter's five force model to XS company. The analysis was carried out
focus on its internal situation in five aspects that included in company structure, human
resources, finance, production R&D and marketing. According to above analysis the
SWOT analysis was done to XS company. In which analysis was involved in the
corporate mission, the company’s strategic positioning for itself, the overall
development of the company selected, competition strategies and functional strategies
of each departments in the enterprise. Some safeguard mechanisms were suggested
for the implementation of strategies in five aspects of organizational systems, human
resources, capital, technology, and corporate culture.
The development strategy of XS was planed as following: relying on grain storage
monitoring and control technology that was the core business for the enterprise, taking
advantage of the company's long-term operating experience and technical advantages
in the industry, digging deeper into the grain storage monitoring and controlling
industry and market, developing derivative products, expand product lines, explore
new market areas, and become a supplier of warehouse information and intelligent。
