摘要
企业的战略管理,是一种高级的决策模式,能够规定企业将来的发展目标,
并为达成目标制定相关的发展计划。在全球一体化经济的激烈竞争下,企业为了
生存并且继续扩大发展,必须为现在和将来所从事的经营活动,做出有发展性的、
长远性的、全局性的规划,并制定实现这些规划的方法和措施,以帮助企业实现
未来目标。在现代经济的飞速发展下,物流已经成为一体化经济发展中不可或缺
的重要环节。中国石油天然气运输公司是一家以成品油运输为主、多种运输方式
并存的大型物流运输企业,从成立至今,经历了跨越式发展,并建立起来了专业
队伍,成为一家专业化特色明显的物流运输企业。本文以中国石油天然气运输公
司为例,研究分析如何在激烈的物流市场的高竞争中寻找机遇,使企业继续发展
壮大,并运用战略管理相关理论,研究中国石油天然气运输公司的战略规划
本论文利用战略管理学相关研究基础,通过对中国石油天然气运输公司内外
部环境进行系统的分析之后,利波特五力模型、SWOT分析法等分析工,分析出
公司的战略制定方向,制定企业的战略目标和战略方案,寻找企业发展的机遇
在确定公司的战略方案后,对战略的执行责任进行层层分解,确定各个部门的发
展方向,并建立健全考核实施系统。在对实施过程的跟踪中,发现公司战略控制
的问题,并提出解决这些问题的方法,以确保中国石油天然气运输公司的战略方
案能够继续执行

ABSTRACT
The strategic management of the enterprise is a high-level decision-making mode,
which can stipulate the future development goals of the enterprise and formulate
relevant development plans for the achievement of the goal.Under the fierce
competition in the global economic integration, the enterprise wants to survive and
continue to expand the development, must make a developmental, long-term, overall
planning in the present and future business activities, and formulates the methods and
measures to implement this planning, to help the enterprise to achieve the future
goals.With the rapid development of modern economy, logistics has become an
indispensable part of integrated economic development.China Petroleum and Natural
Gas Transportation Company is a large-scale logistics enterprise,mainly products oil
transportation, and also a variety of modes of transportation since its its
establishment.It has experienced leapfrog development,and set up a professional
team,become a professional logistics enterprises.In this paper, taking China Petroleum
and Natural Gas Transportation Company as an example, this paper studies how to
find opportunities in the high competition of the fierce logistics market, so as to keep
the enterprise developing and expanding, and applies the theory of strategic
management to study the strategic planning of China Petroleum and Natural Gas
Transportation Company.
Based on the research foundation of strategic management, this paper analyzes
the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of China's Petroleum and
Natural Gas Transportation Company, analyzes the strategic direction of the company,
sets the strategic goals and solutions of the company, and seeks the opportunities for
the development of the company.After determining the strategy of the firm, the
execution of the strategy has been disintegrated, identifying the direction of the
department, and establishing a healthy assessment system.In the implementation
process of tracking, this paper found the company strategic control problems, and puts
forward the ways to solve these problems, in order to ensure that the strategic plan of
China's Oil and Gas Transportation Company continue.。
