摘要A公司作为手机游戏业务的研发公司,员工学历高、专业技术突出、
在企业竞争中所占的筹码非常重,是典型的知识创新型企业,研究此类公司的
员工激励机制对于完善该类企业激励机制、提高企业竞争力、促进行业良性人
才发展都有着非常重要的作用。本文在研究相关激励理论的基础上,通过对A
公司激励机制建设现状的实地调查、员工满意度调查、数据分析、样本抽查、
公司管理层访谈、员工需求调查等方法,全面梳理该公司在激励机制建设方面
存在的主要问题和不足,在充分结合综合型激励机制理论的情况下,按照宽带
薪酬模式和整体薪酬回报模式,有针对性的提出新的激励机制策略和方案
