摘 要
医药行业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，是传统产业和现代产业相结合，一、
二、三产业为一体的产业。改革开放以来，我国制药行业得到空前发展，医药制造
总产值保持高速增长，特别是“十二五”期间，由于经济发展和医疗体制改革促使
需求不断释放，我国制药工业规模以上企业主营业务收入逐年增长，较“十一五”
末增长了一倍多，中国已经成为全球最大的新兴医药市场。但另一方面，我国制药
行业仍存在着资金投入不足、研发难以成规模、创新效率较低等问题，国内制药企
业无论在技术研发、企业规模等方面仍与全球领先企业存在较大的差距。因而通过
分析我国制药企业的技术创新现状，研究提高技术创新策略对于企业技术创新能力
的提高具有很好的参考价值。本文主要以YY制药公司为研究对象，通过分析YY
制药公司的发展现状，研究YY制药公司的技术创新发展策略
通过对相关文献资料的阅读和实地调查研究，本文从YY制药公司发展现状加
以论述，首先从公司内、外部竞争环境分析，涉及社会环境、市场环境、政策法规、
技术环境、资源投入、技术创新战略、问卷调查等10个方面进行全面、系统的分析
根据分析结果，发现YY制药公司技术创新能力不足，创新方式单一、创新效率较
为低下，与世界一流的制药公司差距较大，同时也说明公司在技术创新道路上的发
展空间较大。本文提出建立扁平化的组织体系，提高部门间的沟通效率；提高创新
资源的投入；重视研发部门地位及创新人才的激励；营造良好、宽松的创新氛围和
公司文化。最终建立起以优化和重构为基础的技术创新体制，以增强公司整体核心
竞争力为主题，以内生性能力建设为依托，走出一条适合YY制药公司技术创新发
展的新思路

Abstract
The pharmaceutical industry is an important part of China’s national economy. It is a
combination of traditional industries and modern industries, including the primary
industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry. Since the reform and opening up,
china’s pharmaceutical industry has achieved unprecedented development, and the total
output value of pharmaceutical manufacturing has maintained high growth. Especially
the period of 12th five-plan, due to the economy development and the reform of medical
system, constantly demand release, the income of manufacturing industrial enterprises in
china was increased year by year, more than doubled during 11th five-year plan. China
has become the world’s largest emerging medicine market. However, insufficient capital
investment, small scale of research and lower innovation efficiency are still the main
problem of the pharmaceutical enterprises in China. There is a big gap in technology
research and enterprise scale with the world’s leading enterprises. Therefore， by
analyzing the current situation of technological innovation of pharmaceutical enterprises
in China, it is of great reference value to improve the technological innovation ability.
This paper mainly focuses on YY pharmaceutical company as the research object,
analyzes its development status, and studies the technological innovation development
strategy of YY enterprise.
Through the study of relevant literature reading and field investigation, this paper
discusses from the development status of YY pharmaceutical company, first of all from
the company's internal and external competitive environment analysis, relates to the
social environment, market environment, policies and regulations, technical environment,
resources, technology innovation strategy, questionnaire etc. 10 aspects comprehensively
and systematically analysis. According to the analysis results, it is found that YY
pharmaceutical company is lack of technological innovation ability, innovative way is
single, innovation efficiency is relatively low, and it has a large gap with world-class
pharmaceutical companies. At the same time, it also shows that the company has great
development in technological innovation. This paper puts forward the establishment of a
flat organization system, improving communication efficiency between departments,
improving investment in innovative resources, attaching importance to the position of R
& D department and the encouragement of innovative talents, and creating a good and。
