摘要
信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势，智慧水务作为当前国内最先进
的水务信息技术，已在多个城市建成并投入使用，智慧水务通过应用大数据、物
联网等新一代信息技术，推动了城市水务信息化进程。近些年来，在呼和浩特市
政府的大力推动下，完成了包含部分功能的供排水信息系统的建设，但是，目前
呼和浩特市的供排水信息系统仍存在供水信息系统覆盖不全面、排水信息系统建
设缓慢等问题，严重制约呼和浩特市供排水业务的可持续发展。本文通过智慧水
务知识体系，对呼和浩特市供排水信息系统进行改进，以改善呼和浩特市供排水
信息系统目前存在的问题
首先介绍了研究的背景和意义，叙述了呼和浩特市的发展对供排水信息化水
平的需求、利用智慧水务知识体系的可行性及呼和浩特市供排水面临的问题，指
明了研究的必要性；然后对智慧水务知识体系和呼和浩特市供排水信息化现状进
行介绍；最后对目前呼和浩特市的供排水信息系统存在问题进行分析并提出改进
思路，并基于智慧水务知识体系按照改进思路对呼和浩特市供排水信息系统进行
改进
通过借助智慧水务知识对呼和浩特市供排水信息系统进行改进，初步形成了
一套覆盖取水、输水、制水、供水、排水、污水处理、排涝防汛等呼和浩特市供
排水业务的信息系统，改善了呼和浩特市供排水信息系统当前存在的问题

Abstract
In the world, information is the major trend of economic and social development.
Smart water, as the most advanced information technology in the country, has been built
and put into use in several cities. Smart water promotes the information process of the
urban water service, by using the new generation of information technology, which
includes big data, the Internet of things and others. In recent years, under the promotion
of Hohhot government, we have completed the construction of the the water supply and
drainage information system, which just contains part of the function. However, the
water supply and drainage information system also exists a few problems at present in
Hohhot, such as the under coverage, tardiness and others, which seriously restricts the
sustainable development of the water supply and drainage service in Hohhot. Per the
smart water knowledge system, this paper tells how to improve the water supply and
drainage information system, to improve the existing problems of the water supply and
drainage information system in Hohhot.
At first, it introduces the research background and significance, and describes the
demand of the development of Hohhot for the level of water supply and drainage
information. Based on the feasibility of smart water knowledge system and the existing
problems about water supply and drainage, the paper indicates the necessity of research.
Then it introduces the knowledge system of smart water service, and the current
situation of the water supply and drainage information in Hohhot. Finally, it analyzes
the current problems of the water supply and drainage information system in Hohhot.
And it also puts forward the improvement ideas. Based on the idea and the smart water
knowledge system, we can improve the water supply and drainage information system.
With the help of smart water knowledge, we improved the water supply and
drainage information system, and have initially formed a set of water supply and
drainage information system in Hohhot, which contains getting water, delivering water,
producing water, supplying water, draining water, treating sewage and others. We can
improve the existing problems of water supply and drainage information system .
