摘要
承运商管理问题一直是中迅集团物流管理工作的重中之重,从物流部门多年来的工作
报告及相关数据可以看出,物流服务质量的高低和承运商整体运营水平成正比;2016年
中迅集团启动专线承运商运营模式,合作模式由原来少数的三方物流承运商转变为多家专
线物流承运商运营,集团物流配送成本降低了18%,但是由于承运商数量的大大增加,
由此产生了一系列的承运商选择、引进、评价及管控等管理和运营问题,深入分析模式转
变中的承运商管理问题,研究并优化承运商管理模式是提高企业物流服务质量、降低物流
成本的显著且有效手段
本文通过对中迅集团物流现状、承运商的需求匹配、引进、评价与管控的详尽研究,
详细分析了中迅集团物流工作存在的问题、承运商管理面临的机遇与挑战,结合并运用目
标成本法、层次分析法(AHP) 、四象限分析法、专家评判法、主成分分析法和因子分析
法等管理工具,同时借鉴国内外企业物流承运商管理的成功经验,研究出了中迅集团承运
商引进、评价及管控的五大策略:(一) 规范专线承运商选择与引进流程;(二) 设定专线
承运商选择与评价指标;(三) 确立专线承运商在途管理及评价办法;(四) 强化专线承运
商运营管控;(五)构建与专线承运商战略合作伙伴关系
本文的研究成果将在中迅集团物流工作领域全部付诸实施,同时为农药制剂企业承运
商引进与评价研究提供有益借鉴,且丰富了农药运输行业承运商管理的案例研究

Abstract
Shippers management issue has always been a logistics management priority in the
Zhongxun Agri-science。From years of logistics department reports and related data as you can
see, logistics service quality is directly proportional to the level of high or low of The
Shippers。The group startup Special line transportation mode,and the cooperation mode from
a few of the third party logistics carriers, shift for many special line logistics carrier operations
The Group logistics cost was reduced by 18%, but because of the number of carriers has greatly
increased, resulting in a series of problem,such as carrier selection, introduction, control
management and operational .SO,I think that in-depth analysis paradigm shift in the carriers,
management issues, the study and optimize the shippers management mode is a significant and
effective methods to improve the logistics service quality and reduce logistics cost
This article through to The Group’s Logistics status quo ,carrier needs matching,
introduced detailed research, evaluation and control。It analyze the problems existing in the
logistics work of The Group in details。Itexplains the opportunities and challenges of logistics
carriers。It combine and use target cost method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the four
quadrant analysis, expert judgment method and management tools such as principal component
analysis and factor analysis, and draw lessons from the successful experience of domestic and
foreign logistics carriers, enterprise management, obtained the fast retailing group in carrier
introduction, evaluation and control of the five strategies: (1) special specification line carrier
selection and the introduction of process; (2) set the quality evaluation index for the service
quality of dedicated line carriers; (3) strengthen the delivery process and in-line management of
dedicated line carriers; (4) strengthening the operation and control of line carriers; (5) building
the strategic partnership of the carrier.
In this paper, the research results will be all put into practice in the field of The Group’s
logistics work。At the same time ,this article provide useful reference for pesticide enterprises
carriers introduce and research on evaluation, and it also enrich the case study for the carrier’s
management of pesticide transport industry.
