摘要
一汽重卡研发体系优化研究
重卡历来有经济的风向标之称,作为生产资料的运输工具,重卡市场的冷
热与经济环境紧密相关。随着我国经济发展进入“新常态”,重卡市场也随之
会进入稳中有升的发展态势。本文从重卡国内市场竞争情况以及重卡产品的发
展趋势出发展开分析,论述了一汽重卡研发体系优化的意义、目标及方法
通过研究分析目前中国市场总体发展情况和一汽重卡产品发展情况及研发
流程现状,阐述遇到的产品开发过程中存在的主要问题,如流程体系与国际上
还没有接轨,开发技术水平与国际上相比还有较大差距,研发成本高,设计方
案质量不高等,并分析出问题的成因,有组织机构繁杂低效,产品策划体系没
有以用户为中心,研发周期长
从一汽解放汽车有限公司成为“国内领先,国际一流”的知名卡车品牌这
一战略目标出发,确定出一汽重卡研发在策划、设计、验证三个阶段管理体系
的优化目标和原则。策划阶段需加强顶层设计工作和策划全流程管控;设计阶
段需要调动一切可调动研发资源,构建同步工程大协同工作机制,采用数字数
据控制模型评审以节省开发周期,提高研发方案质量;验证阶段整理、分类、
精简重卡研发验证项目,落实责任主体,虚实结合提高验证效率
为保障一汽重卡研发体系优化措施的落地,提出了具体的组织机构调整和
优化方向,整合形成重卡研、产、供、销一条龙格局,利用一汽集团公司资源
推动一汽解放上市,提出项目管理层级扁平化、研发工作项目制管理,并提出
相应的绩效考核保证措施,并通过企业文化建设作为补充,确保一汽重卡研发
体系优化能向既定战略方向发展

Abstract
Study on R&D System Optimization of FAW Heavy Truck
Heavy truck,as a means of transport of production, has always been the
economic benchmark. Heavy truck market is closely related with the economic
environment. With the economic development in our country entering a new normal,
the heavy truck market will also enter a steady growth trend. This article analyzes the
competition of heavy truck domestic market and the development trend of heavy
truck products, and discusses the significance, target and method of FAW heavy truck
research and development system optimization.
Through the research and analysis of the overall development of heavy truck
market in China and the development of FAW heavy truck products and the status quo
of research and development processes, the main problems in the product
development process are expounded. For example, the process system has not been
linked to the international market, there is a big gap at the level of development
between FAW and international companies , design qualities is not so good, and
analyze the causes of the problem, there are complicated and inefficient organizations,
product planning system is not user-centered, the research and development cycle is
too long.
Based on the strategic goal of FAW Jiefang Automobile Co., Ltd. , to become a
leading domestic and world-class well-known truck brand,then determine the
optimization goals and principles of FAW heavy truck R&D at three stages of
planning, design and verification. In the planning phase, top-level design work and
planning of the whole process control should be strengthened. During the design
phase, all the resources that can be mobilized and research and development need to
be mobilized to build a large collaborative work mechanism of synchronous
engineering. The digital data control model should be reviewed to save development
cycles and improve the quality of research and development programs. Classification,
streamline heavy truck R&D validation project, the implementation of the main。
