摘 要
在我国大型企业改革和发展的背景下，为促进我国大型企业发展，适应经济与金
融体制的全面改革，企业集团财务公司营运而生。自1987年以来，财务公司经历了
从无到有、从小到大、从无序到规范的发展过程。我国财务公司是企业集团发展和改
革的必然结果。财务公司的设立符合我国国情和现代市场经济规律，它是企业集团发
展的内在要求，同时也顺应了目前金融不断深化和多元化的发展趋势
X企业集团财务公司是X集团公司下属的非银行金融机构，自成立以来，X财
务公司一直坚持立足于集团、服务于集团的原则，不断提升自身在综合金融服务方面
的能力，为集团的整体发展和战略目标的实现提供有力保障。随着金融行业环境不断
的变化，X企业集团财务公司面临的竞争越来越激烈，公司业务越来越不能够满足集
团内部企业的需求，该公司如何能够适应新的环境、在激烈的竞争中不断加强自身核
心竞争力，稳固自身发展都是目前迫切需要解决和面对的问题
在此背景下，本文主要以X企业集团财务公司业务战略为主要研究对象，以概
括理论基础—分析问题及成因—提出解决方法—给出实施保障措施为研究思路，通过
SWOT分析法，对公司自身的优势与劣势和外部的机遇与挑战进行了细致的分析，确
定了财务公司的战略目标及业务战略选择，探讨X财务公司应当怎样通过现有的市场
环境和条件，根据自身面对的内外环境，在全力配合集团发展的同时，从哪些方面进
一步开发业务领域，加强公司的金融功能，增强自身竞争力和盈利能力，最终确定X
企业集团财务公司的业务战略，提出了一系列实施措施及保障体系，使之能够获得自
身更长足的发展的同时，助集团的壮大一臂之力

ABSTRACT
Enterprise group finance company is the product of the economic system and financial
system reform in our country, is the country to promote the reform and development of
large state-owned enterprises to make a special kind of financial system arrangement. Our
country first finance company had been established since 1987, the financial company
experienced has grown out of nothing, from infancy to maturity, from the disorder to the
standard developing process. Financial company is growing up the industry in our country,
its produce is not only the objective requirement of the enterprise group development, but
also the inevitable choice of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Financial company for
nearly 30 years proves that the establishment of finance company in accordance with
China's national conditions and rules of modern market economy, adapted to the enterprise
group's internal development request, complied with financial deepening and the trend of
diversification, has strong vitality and good development prospects.
X enterprise group finance company is X group company of the non-bank financial
institutions, since its inception, the financial company has been based on the principle of
based on group, service group, efforts to improve their financial management level and
comprehensive financial service ability, for the group company's overall development and
implementation of the strategic goal eventually. As the financial industry environment
change constantly, the business of X enterprise group finance company more and more

In this background, this article mainly X group finance companies, business development
strategy as the main research object, based on summarizing theory, to analyze problems
and causes, puts forward the method of implementation safeguard measures are given as
the research train of thought, through the SWOT analysis method, analyzes its own
strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges, proposed the financial
company's business development strategy and strategic measures, to explore the X
financial company should be how to make use of the existing policies and resources,
cooperate with the group's development strategy, to further expand business areas,
strengthen the company's financial function, enhance profitability, ultimately determine the
