摘要
白车身生产线改造项目虽然属于工程项目，但是具有较强的专业性和很多限制条件，
因此在实施过程中很多因素都可能造成项目风险。目前，国内汽车企业对于建造生产线
的项目管理较为重视，却忽略了生产线改造项目的过程中风险管理，针对生产线改造项
目中如何有效地避免项目改造中的潜在风险的研究尤为重要。针对生产线改造项目的风
险管理将进一步完善车辆企业的项目管理体系，为项目管理优化提供新的方向
本文以HC公司白车身生产线改造F39项目作为研究对象，采取案例研究的方法，
根据问题提出、分析和解决的方向，分析、评价改造项目实施过程中存在的问题，并提
出有效的风险控制措施。本文分为四个主要部分，第一部分对研究背景、目的、意义、
思路及方法予以阐述；第二部分描述了HC公司白车身生产线改造项目状态、项目管理
和风险管理的现状以及当前存在的问题，同时，分析了项目风险导致的典型危害；第三
部分先是介绍了有关生产线改造项目的风险管理相关理论及其在国内外研究情况，进而
对影响白车身生产线项目改造的各个因素进行了理论分析，并辨识在白车身生产线改造
项目中出现的关键影响因素，最后定量分析，识别关键风险源，旨在提供积极对策，降
低项目风险；第四部分介绍了针对白车身生产线改造项目管理的改善策略，以期为企业
建立制定风险应对措施即标准流程时，提供可靠依据
通过对HC公司白车身生产线改造项目的案例研究和分析，本文希望可以提高现有
白车身生产线改造项目的风险管理状态，进而有效控制在白车身生产线改造过程中的风
险，提高风险管理水平，使得企业能够继续稳定健康的发展

Abstract
Withlotsofrestrictions,BodyinWhiteProductionLineIntegrationProjectis
engineeringprojecthavingtechnologybackground.Therefore,thereismanypotentialrisksin
theprojectimplementation.Now,thedomesticautomobileenterprisesstilllackattentionon
therisksexistingintheintegrationproject,whichwillleadtothatthemajorityofvehicle
manufacturersdonothavecompleteriskmanagementprocessorappropriatecorresponding
measurestotherisks.Potentialrisksoftheintegrationprojectwhichmayhavebadeffecton
thewholeproject,thestudyontheriskmanagementsontheintegrationprojectisespecially
important.Meanwhile,thestudyontheriskmanagementsontheintegrationprojectwillbe
thenewdevelopmentdirectionfortheautomobileenterprises.
TakingHCcompanyBIWproductionlineintegrationF39projectasthecase,usingthe
methodofcasestudyandfollowingthelineoflocate,analyzeandsolvetheproblem,the
paperaimstoprovideeffectivemeasurestotheexistingproblems.Therearefourpartsinthis
paper.Partoneelaboratestheresearchbackground,significanceandtheideasandmethodsof
thepaper.Inthesecondpart,thepaperdescribesthecurrentstatusontheBIWintegration
project,ontheBIWintegrationprojectmanagement,ontheprojectriskmanagementand
statestheexitingproblemsandthetypicalhazards.Inthethirdpart,thepaperintroducesthe
relevanttheoryonriskmanagement,theresearchprogressdomesticandabroad,andmake
analysisonthefactorsinfluencingBIWintegrationprojectintheory,identifythekeyfactors
oftheintegrationprojectandquantitativelyanalysesthecausesofprojectriskstoprovide
baseforfurthermeasurestakeninordertoreducetheprojectimplantationrisks.Inthelast
part,thestrategyonprojectriskmanagementareintroducedtofoundareferencebasisfor
automobileindustryontheriskmanagementmeasuressystemmade.
ThepaperaimstoimprovethecurrentBIWintegrationprojectriskmanagementstatus
withthecasestudyonHCcompanyBIWproductionlineintegrationF39project,andthento
bettercontroltheriskmayoccurintheprocessoftheBIWproductionlineintegrationand
raisethemanagementleveltomaketheenterpriseabletodevelopsteadilyandhealthy.
