摘要
目前，我国经济发展进入新常态，新形势需要有新发展，而文化产业作为国民经济
较为特殊的行业，受到国家有关部门的高度重视，其重要性不言而喻。且由于其巨大的
增长潜力和诸多优惠政策，新的历史条件下，文化类企业的发展必将得到更加长足的进
步。DZCM公司是甘肃省唯一的文化出版类上市企业，其发行的《读者》杂志风行海内外，
自上市以来受到各行业的广泛关注。作为一个在经济欠发达地区的优秀文化类企业，其
上市前后的发展道路，特别是财务业绩表现对其未来的发展状况无疑具有十分重要参考
价值。而哈佛分析框架则作为一种相较于传统财务报表分析更加综合全面的分析方法，
以其独特的战略分析、会计分析、财务分析、前景分析此四大分析步骤构成一个严密的
财务报表分析理论体系
本文通过对哈佛分析框架在DZCM公司的具体应用，以该公司2013年至2016年的
年度财务报表为研究对象，系统运用财务比率等相关财务指标综合研究了其相关变化趋
势，揭示了其中存在的一些问题并提出相关改进措施，对于相关的此类企业具有一定的
借鉴作用
通过研究发现：DZCM公司的净利润正在逐年降低，而公司资产则保持上升，但资产
管理效率较低，企业负债维持在较低水平且现金流量较为充沛。针对发现的问题特提出
如下建议：及时调整发展思路，以多元化战略促使企业发展转型；切实提高生产管理水
平以减少过高的管理费用开支；特别是要重视资金的合理分配使用，充分发挥资金效益，
以促使企业能够得到更好的发展

Abstract
At present, China's economic development has entered a new normal and new situation
which requires new development. However, cultural industry is highly valued by relevant
governing departments with self-evident importance as a special industry of national economy.
Furthermore, because of its huge growth potential and many preferential policies, the
development of cultural enterprises will be further improved under the new historical
conditions. DZCM is the only listed company of cultural publishing in Gan Su province. Its
magazine “readers” is popular at home and abroad, and has successfully received wide
attention from various industries since its launch. As a less developed areas in economy good
enterprise culture class, its development history before and after the launch, especially its
financial performance for its future development is undoubtedly holding important reference
values. However, Harvard Analysis Framework structured a strict theoretical system of
financial statement analysis with its the four steps of unique strategy analysis, accounting
analysis, financial analysis and prospect analysis as a more comprehensive analysis method
compared to traditional financial statement analysis.
Based on Harvard in the specific application of the DZCM Company, this paper
systematically applied the comprehensive analytical framework such as financial ratios and
other related financial indicators and studied the relevant trends by the company annual
financial statements analysis from 2013 to 2016. Moreover, some of the problems that exist
are revealed while relevant improvement measures are suggested which has a certain
reference against related enterprise.
The research found that: the net profit of DZCM is decreasing year by year while its
assets keep rising against its low asset management efficiency, and its corporate debt is
maintained at a low level and cash flow is abundant. Meanwhile, the following suggestions
are proposed over the problems found: relevant strategies shall be timely adjusted to promote
the development and transformation of enterprises; the production management shall be
effectively improved to reduce excessive overhead costs; special attention shall be paid to the
rational allocation and funds use while the benefits of funds shall be fully played to enable the
enterprises with better development.
