摘要
伴随着我国经济快速发展，严峻的环境问题也随之而来，如何保护环境以期
保持经济可持续发展是我国亟待解决的热点问题。自然环境资源是经济发展的基
础条件，环境污染严重制约着经济的长期发展。近年来，我国在生态保护、污染
治理、环保投资等方面做了很多工作，但环境依然面临严重恶化的情况，而环保
投资严重不足是环保工作效率较低的首要原因，因此本文将探究环保投资意愿的
影响因素
首先，本文阐述了环保投资和投资意愿的相关理论背景，回顾了国内外的环
保投资发展旅程以及对环保投资意愿的现有文献成果进行研究。其次，探讨了环
保投资的现状以及存在的问题。根据我国目前实际情况，分别从环保投资水平、
环保投资特点、环保投资效率、融资渠道等方面对环保投资现状进行分析，进而
总结出环保投资存在的问题。我国环保投资存在投资效率低、投资不足、融资渠
道单一等一系列问题，这些问题严重制约着环保工作的顺利开展。再次，本文从
环保投资两大主体之一的企业投资为着眼点，企业的环保投资意愿为研究点，通
过实验分析探求本土企业家对环保投资的影响。结果表明，本土企业家进行保投
资和乡土情结的有显著关系。本土企业家和进行环保投资意愿有显著关系。但从
本土企业家承担认知能力和环保投资力度没有显著性。找到正确渠道加强环保意
识及增加环保渠道是目前环保投资问题解决的方法。如何提高企业家的环保意识
本文进行进一步分析后得出结论是单纯的进行环保投资宣传活动并没有显著影
响环保投资，但宣扬乡土情结和企业家进行环保投资有显著关系。因此进行环保
投资宣传时进行准确的方式及形式是提高环保投资的值得考虑的问题。本文认为
实验结果基本达到预期假设。而本土企业家环保投资承担认知能力和投资力度不
够显著符合现实状况。因为目前我国环保投资力度不够及企业自主承担环保投资
的行为比较偏弱。因此本文为提高企业决策者的环保意识、企业的环保方式、环
保理念提出针对促进企业投资环保的政策建议包括企业方面及政府方面
本文通过实验方法研究本土企业家的环保投资意愿及乡土情结是否会激发
企业家环保意识为出发点来开展研究。题目较新颖，参考文献有限等种种因素，
经过研究坎坷阶段基本达到预期，但还存在很多不足需进一步改进和补充

ABSTRACT
WiththerapiddevelopmentofChina'seconomy,severeenvironmentalproblems
havefollowed.Howtoprotecttheenvironmentinordertomaintainsustainable
economicdevelopmentisahotissueinChina.Naturalenvironmentresourcesarethe
basicconditionsforeconomicdevelopment.Environmentalpollutionseriously
restrictsthelong-termdevelopmentoftheeconomy.Inrecentyears,Chinahasdonea
lotofworkinecologicalprotection,pollutioncontrol,andenvironmentalprotection
investment,buttheenvironmentisstillfacingseriousdeterioration.Theserious
shortageofenvironmentalprotectioninvestmentistheprimaryreasonforthelow
efficiencyofenvironmentalprotectionwork.Therefore,thisarticlewillexplore
environmentalprotectioninvestment.Influencingfactorsofintention.Firstofall,this
articleelaboratestherelevanttheoreticalbackgroundofenvironmentalinvestment
andinvestmentwillingness,reviewsthedevelopmentjourneyofenvironmental
investmentathomeandabroad,andstudiestheexistingliteratureresultsofthe
willingnesstoinvestinenvironmentalprotection.Second,itdiscussesthestatusquo
ofenvironmentalinvestmentandexistingproblems.Accordingtotheactualsituation
inChina,thestatusofenvironmentalprotectioninvestmentisanalyzedfromthe
aspectsofenvironmentalprotectioninvestmentlevel,environmentalprotection
investmentcharacteristics,environmentalprotectioninvestmentefficiency,financing
channels,etc.,andtheproblemsexistinginenvironmentalprotectioninvestmentare
summarized.China'senvironmentalprotectioninvestmenthasaseriesofproblems
suchaslowinvestmentefficiency,insufficientinvestment,andasinglefinancing
channel,whichseriouslyrestrictthesmoothdevelopmentofenvironmentalprotection
work.Thirdly,thisarticlefocusesontheinvestmentofoneofthetwomajorentitiesin
environmentalprotectioninvestment.Thecompany'swillingnesstoinvestin
environmentalprotectionistheresearchpoint,andthroughexperimentalanalysis,the
impactoflocalentrepreneursonenvironmentalprotectioninvestmentisexplored.
Theresultsshowthatthereisasignificantrelationshipbetweenlocalentrepreneurs'
investmentininsuranceandtheirhometowncomplex.Localentrepreneurshavea
significantrelationshipwiththeirwillingnesstoinvestinenvironmentalprotection.
However,thereisnosignificantdifferencebetweentheabilityoflocalentrepreneurs
toassumecognitiveabilityandenvironmentalprotectioninvestment.Findingthe
RightChannelStrengtheningawarenessofenvironmentalprotectionandincreasing
environmentalprotectionchannelsisthesolutiontotheproblemofenvironmental
protectioninvestment.Howtoincreaseawarenessofenvironmentalprotectionamong
entrepreneursAfterfurtheranalysis,thispaperconcludesthatsimplyconducting
environmentalprotectioninvestmentpromotionactivitiesdoesnotsignificantlyaffect
environmentalprotectioninvestment,butthereisasignificantrelationshipbetween
promotinglocalcomplexesandentrepreneurstoinvestinenvironmentalprotection.
Therefore,conductingaccuratemethodsandformsofenvironmentalprotection
investmentpromotionisaworthwhileissueforimprovingenvironmentalinvestment.
Thisarticlebelievesthattheexperimentalresultsbasicallymeettheexpected
assumptions.Thefactthatlocalentrepreneurs'environmentalinvestmentisnot
enoughtobearthecognitiveabilityandinvestmentisnotinlinewiththeactual
situation.BecauseChina'scurrentenvironmentalprotectioninvestmentisnotenough
andthecompany'sowncommitmenttoenvironmentalprotectioninvestmentis
relativelyweak.Therefore,inordertoimprovetheawarenessofenvironmental
protectionofcorporatedecision-makers,theenvironmentalprotectionmethodsof
enterprises,andtheconceptofenvironmentalprotection,thepolicyrecommendations
forpromotingtheinvestmentofenterprisesinenvironmentalprotectioninclude
corporateandgovernmentaspects.
Thisarticleconductsresearchbyexperimentalmethodstoinvestigatewhether
localentrepreneurs'willingnesstoinvestinenvironmentalprotectionandlocal
complexitieswillinspireentrepreneurialenvironmentalawareness.Theproblemsare
relativelynovel,andtherearevariousfactorssuchaslimitedreferences.Afterthe
roughstageoftheresearchhasbasicallyreachedexpectations,therearestillmany
deficienciesthatneedfurtherimprovementandsupplement.
