摘要
国家旅游局指出“十三五”期间，旅游产业要转变发展思路，促进旅游发展
阶段演进，推动旅游产业与体育产业融合成为其中的重要举措之一。湖南省旅游
产业与体育产业在发展过程中面临新的机遇与挑战。因此，促进湖南省旅游产业
与体育产业融合程度进一步加深，是现阶段发展的重中之重。
文章在前人研宄和相关数据资料的基础上，首先对湖南省旅游产业与体育产
业的融合现状进行分析。其次基于投入产出模型，对湖南省旅游产业和体育产业
的整体融合度、分行业融合度进行测算。结果显示：湖南省两大产业整体融合处
于低级水平，但呈现上升趋势，发展前景广阔；融合过程中，体育产业对旅游产
业的依赖较强，两产业发展不平衡；旅游产业中，批发零售业与体育产业融合度
最高，呈现上升趋势，是两产业融合的主导力量；交通运输及仓储邮政业体育产
业融合度较低，但发展趋势较为稳定；住宿和餐饮业融合度也较低，呈现出下降
的趋势，对推动两大产业融合的作用逐步减少；体育产业中，造纸印刷及文教体
育用品制造业、文化、体育和娱乐业两大行业的融合度不断上升，逐渐趋于同一
水平，需要同时兼顾两产业的发展。再次，采用回归分析法，以整体融合度为基
础研宄融合影响因素。采用逐步回归法剔除影响不显著的指标；对保留的指标采
用主成分分析法将多个因素划分为三个主因子：市场需求因素（旅游总收入、旅
游总人数、游客人均消费水平）、企业竞争合作因素（旅游产业从业人员数量、
体育产业从业人员数量、旅游产业劳动生产率）和政府政策因素（体育产业基础
设施数量、体育产业固定资产投资额）。结果显示：以上三大主因子对湖南省旅
游产业与体育产业融合有正向推动作用，其中市场需求因素影响最大，企业竞争
合作因素次之，政府政策因素影响最小。最后，根据以上研宄，得出研宄结论，
并提出促进湖南省旅游产业与体育产业融合的建议。

Abstract
The　National　Tourism　Administration　pointed　out　that　during　the　＇Thirteenth
Five－Year　Plan99　period，　the　tourism　industry　should　change　its　development　ideas，
promote　the　evolution　of　the　tourism　development　stage．　The　integration　of　the
tourism　industry　and　the　sports　industry　has　become　one　of　the　important　measures．
Hunan！s　tourism　industry　and　sports　industry　are　facing　new　opportunities　and
challenges　in　the　development　process．　Therefore，　the　promotion　of　the　integration　of
tourism　industry　and　sports　industry　in　Hunan　is　further　deepened，　which　is　the　most
important　aspect　of　development　at　this　stage．
Based　on　previous　research　and　related　data，　the　article　first　analyzes　the
integration　of　tourism　industry　and　sports　industry　in　Hunan　Province．　Second，　based
on　the　input－output　model，　the　overall　degree　of　integration　of　tourism　industry　and
sports　industry　in　Hunan　Province　and　the　degree　of　integration　of　industries　are
measured．　The　results　show　that　the　integration　of　the　two　major　industries　in　Hunan
Province　is　at　a　low　level，but　it　shows　an　upward　trend，and　the　developent　prospects
are　broad．　In　the　integration　process，　the　sports　industry　relies　heavily　on　the　tourism
industry，　and　the　two　industries　are　unbalanced．　In　the　tourism　industry，　the　wholesale
and　retail　industry　has　the　highest　degree　of　integration　with　the　sports　industry，
showing　an　upward　trend．　It　is　the　leading　force　for　the　integration　of　the　two
industries．　The　integration　of　the　transport　industry　and　the　warehousing　and　postal
service　industry　is　relatively　low，　but　the　development　trend　is　relatively　stable；　the
accommodation　and　catering　industry　are　integrated．　The　degree　is　also　low，　showing
a　declining　trend　and　gradually　reducing　the　role　of　promoting　the　integration　of　the
two　industries．　In　the　sports　industry，　the　degree　of　integration　between　papermaking，
printing，　culture，　sports　and　sports　products　manufacturing，　culture，　sports，　and
entertainment　industries　continues　to　rise，　gradually　escalating　to　the　same　level，　and
the　development　of　both　industries　needs　to　be　taken　into　consideration．　Again，
regression　analysis　is　used　to　study　the　factors　that　influence　the　integration　based　on
the　overall　degree　of　fusion．　The　stepwise　regression　method　was　used　to　eliminate
indicators　with　insignificant　impacts．　The　retained　indicators　were　analyzed　by
principal　component　analysis　and　the　factors　were　divided　into　three　main　factors．：
Market　Demand　Factors　（Total　OOOtravel　revenue，　Total　number　of　tourists　Per　capita
consumption　of　tourists），　Corporate　Competitive　Cooperation　Factors　（Number　of
Employees　in　Tourism　Industry，Number　of　Employees　in　Sports　Industry，　Labour

Productivity　in　Tourism　Industry）　and　Government　Policy　Factors　（Sport　Industry
Infrastructure　Quantity，　investment　in　fixed　assets　of　sports　industry）．　The　results
show　that　the　above　three　main　factors　have　a　positive　effect　on　the　integration　of
tourism　industry　and　sports　industry　in　Hunan　Province，　among　which　market　demand
factors　have　the　greatest　impact，　followed　by　corporate　competition　and　cooperation
factors，　and　government　policy　factors　have　the　least　impact．　Finally，　based　on　the
above　research，　suggestions　are　proposed　to　promote　the　integration　of　tourism
industry　and　sports　industry　in　Hunan　Province．
