摘要
本文选题属管理沟通领域,管理沟通的有效运转不仅有利于改善员工间的人际关系,
更有利于实现企业的经营战略目标,使企业的竞争力得到进一步的提升。企业若想顺利
的完成日常管理工作,那么良好的沟通是必不可少的,日常管理工作有多个方面,通常
情况下分为业务管理、财务管理以及人力资源管理,上述各项管理工作的正常展开,都
离不开管理沟通。业务管理的主要工作就是全面深入的掌握顾客以及市场情况,进而按
照企业的目标市场确定合适的顾客群,按照顾客的实际需要为其提供全面的服务以及良
好的产品,这一过程就是同市场之间所展开的互动,而沟通则是互动的基础。财务管理
当中,工作人员需要在第一时间获得财务数据并进行整理、分析、汇总、分发以及传送,
从另一方面来说,企业的运营管理也离不开有关财务数据,而这正是最为根本的沟通行

本文通过描述三个由于财务部门与其他部门之间业务沟通与配合脱节的案例,来说
明企业管理沟通与配合不当给企业的发展带来的阻碍,并如何解决好这个问题,从而提
高企业的竞争力。由于部门之间的沟通及配合脱节,从而阻碍了整体的经济发展,只有
及时解决这一问题,加强各部门之间的沟通和配合,才能提高生产效率,帮助企业更好
更快的发展。本文针对企业出现的管理沟通问题,提出了帮助企业解决问题的对策,包
括管理理念的更新、完善内部管理制度、提高全员管理意识等对策,从而改进企业现状,
使得企业在未来的竞争中能够拥有更大的优势

A case study on the lateral communication of the Finance
Department of K company
Abstract
This topic is a field of management communication. The effective operation of
management communication is not only conducive to improving interpersonal relationships
among employees, but also conducive to the realization of business strategic objectives and the
further improvement of competitiveness of enterprises. If the enterprise wants to successfully
complete the daily management work, good communication is essential, the daily management
work has many aspects, generally divided into business management, financial management,
human resource management, the management of the normal development, all cannot do
without the management communication. The main work of business management is a
comprehensive in-depth grasp of customer and market conditions, and in accordance with the
enterprise's target market to determine the appropriate customer group, according to the actual
needs of customers to provide comprehensive service and good product, it is a process of
interaction between the same market expansion, while communication is the basis of the
interaction. In financial management, workers need to get financial data at the first time and
arrange, analyze, summarize, distribute and transmit them. On the other hand, the operation and
management of enterprises cannot be separated from the relevant financial data, which is the
most fundamental communication behavior.
By describing three cases which are divorced from the communication and cooperation
between the financial department and other departments, this paper explains the obstacles that
business management communication and cooperation bring to the development of enterprises,
and how to solve this problem, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Due to the
disconnection between departments, it hinders the overall economic development. Only by
solving this problem timely and enhancing communication and cooperation among
departments can we improve production efficiency and help enterprises develop better and
faster. Aiming at the problems of management communication enterprises, puts forward some
countermeasures to help enterprises solve the problem, including the renovation of
management ideas, improve the internal management system, improve management awareness
and so on, in order to improve the current situation of enterprise, make the enterprise in the
competition in the future will have more advantages.
