CONCEPT OF PLANNING
Objective of planning
Cognition
Since the area is located close to Jiangan River and Floral land, the planning on it is naturally combined with
consideration of carrying on tourism culture.
Compatibility
Pay special attention to the close relationship between newly-developing tourism resources and existing
villages.
Stimulation
To create a tourism commerical city with complete functions by developing more commerical projects related to
tourism, bringing along more investment on research & surrounding area and having planning on complement
and residence.
Opportunitis
To improve employment rate by offering young people job opportunities in service and manufacture industry
so that the native culture will be carried on.
Habitation
To support tourism industry with necessary infrastructure facilities , residence , commercial & leisure facilities
so that the expansive tourism market will be highly guaranteed.
Principles of planning
Ecology : emphasize nature in design. Make best use of water resource and landscape
Culture : concise European architecture style.
Future-oriented : build new and technological landscape and architecture feature by borrowing ideas
from European towns and modern living style. The feasibility of living quality and living space should be
considered in design process.
Congeniality: build a space to make people near with space water and plants. Make best use of existing
landscape ecology and culture elements to arrange the view corridor. Pay attention to rhythm of the outline of
the community and space layer of community layout to reach unity and harmony.

前瞻性原则:借助欧州小镇城市空间布局,融入现代人居生活理念,创新景观、建筑特色,在设计过程中应充
分考虑居住品质及居住空间的合理性
相宜性原则:建立商业与居住的关系,人与空间、人与水、人与人、植物与水等的亲切,互利的关系。利用地
块固有景观生态及文化元素合理组织景观视线通廊;注重城市天际轮廓线的节奏与韵律设计;注
重城市规划布局的层次感与梯度感设计,达成和谐统一

According to environment character of Chengqing high way and Logistic Avenue, more attention is paid to
function of commerce and trade center, so that we organize high efficient traffic routes of pedestrian and
products, in which way tourist and residence could be separate and connected and also connects fora land
Content of planning
According to the consideration of the project such as “unifed planning, proper redistribution, complemental
function and harmonious division”, the retail, tour, leisure and business offcial will combined organically, and
create a prosperous, efficient, convenient and comfortable inter-disciplinary trade base. And this base will
have a leading function and originality at home.
The project is consisted of 3 parts. The frst part is core space of commercial and trade center, the second part
is living ancillary part and the third part is public ancillary part of the city.
The first part is the core space of commercial and trade center. It mainly include headquarter area of the
enterprise, enterpriser clubhouse, research center, trade exhibition centre, information center, physical
distribution storage, living complement, apartment and living ancillary part.
The second part is living ancillary part, which mainly show the modern European style tourist townlet.
The third part is public ancillary part of the city. It includes hospital, restaurant, fre control centre, elementary
school, high school, kindergarten, parking lot and so on.

通流线,形成商业与居住、旅游之间即独立又相互联系的道路体系,同时兼顾与国色天乡和云湖天乡的交通联

规划内容
本项目规划设计按照“统一规划,合理布局,功能互补、和谐分区”指导思想,将商业、旅游、休闲、办公有
机地结合在一起,创建繁荣、高效、便捷、舒适并在国内有先导性和独创性的复合贸易基地
项目由三个部分组成,第一部分是商贸城核心部分,第二部分是生活配套区,第三个部分是城市公共配套部

第一个部分:商贸城核心部分主要包括企业总部区、企业家会所、设计研发区、展示贸易区、信息中心、物流
仓储、生活配套、公寓、生活配套区项目
第二个部分:生活配套区,它主要体现为现代风格的欧美风情旅游小城镇
第三个部分:即城市的公共配套部分,包括医院、酒店、消防中心、小学、中学、幼儿园、停车场等等
