摘要
随着“互联网+”国家战略快速部署和利率市场化深入推进,传统金融机构迎
来了技术驱动业务转型和经营思路转型的大变革时期。而互联网金融作为近年来
爆发式增长的一种新兴的金融媒介,不仅使传统金融机构看到了它对自身业务带
来的威胁,更是看到了蕴藏在互联网世界中的无尽机遇。不少传统的银行业金融
机构已经在互联网金融发展中作为先行者推出了以直销银行为主的互联网金融业
务。而目前还未大范围开展此类业务的中小规模城市商业银行何去何从,则值得
我们思考和研究
本文对中国各类商业银行互联网金融业务的发展现状进行了调查研究,并以A
银行为案例,进行了现状调研。通过PEST分析对A银行发展互联网金融业务进行
了环境分析,以SWOT分析完成了对该银行发展互联网金融业务的态势分析。基于
以上调研分析与城市商业银行发展互联网金融业务普遍存在的困难以及A银行自
身的特点,参考监管指引文件与银行同业最佳实践,提出了A银行互联网金融业
务“分段实施、客观评估、强化落实”的发展思路,并提出了三个阶段的目标与
实施周期,明确了个阶段实施的具体措施
本文研究成果对A银行互联网金融业务融合发展具有指导意义,同时也对其
他城市商业银行如何根据自身的实际情况分析发展互联网金融业务的竞争环境并
执行相应的发展战略具有较强的借鉴意义

Abstract
With the rapid deployment of a new national strategy the “Internet Plus” and the
advancement of interest rate liberalization, traditional financial institutions have been ushered
into a period of major change, undergoing a technology-driven transformation of how
business is conducted as well as a general transformation of business ideas. Internet finance,
as an emerging financial medium that has grown explosively in recent years, not only forces
traditional financial institutions to consider the threat that technological alternatives pose to
their own businesses, but also forces them to consider the endless opportunities hidden in the
Internet world. Many traditional banking financial institutions have already pioneered the
development of support technologies which allow their customers the option of participating
in Internet finance. At present, the small and medium-sized urban commercial banks that have
not yet carried out such operations on a large scale, however, are worth our consideration and
research.
This article investigates and studies the development status of various types of commercial
banks'internet finance business in China, and usesBank A as a case study. Through the PEST
analysis, the Bank A conducted an environmental analysis of the development of Internet
finance business operations, and completed an analysis of the development trend of the bank's
Internet finance business options through SWOT analysis. Based on the above investigations
and analysis of the difficulties existing in the development of their Internet finance business
with commercial city banks and the characteristics of Inner Mongolia banks themselves (with
reference to regulatory guidance documents and best practices of banks in the same industry),
the measures and constructions for the improved integration and development of internet
banking services in Bank A were proposed.
The research results of this paper have guiding significance for the integration and
development of internet banking services in Inner Mongolia. At the same time, it also has a
strong significance as a reference for other commercial city banks as they analyze and
develop their own operations within the competitive environment of internet finance business
and implement corresponding development strategies according to their own actual situations.
