Abstract
With the development of economic globalization, the competition of domestic
enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. As an important link of human resources,
performance assessment is an important guarantee for the development of enterprise
management. The insurance industry in this paper is a new star of the financial industry in
China. At the same time, the middle managers are the mainstay of the insurance company.
Whether they can play its utility, the length of the retention time in the company will
directly affect the operation of the whole company. N company's business has developed
rapidly in recent years, which leads to managers more attention to the growth of business,
but neglects the importance of human management in the overall operation of the company.
The malpractices in the management of the company are gradually appearing, and the brain
drain is serious.
This paper, taking the middle managers of N company as the research object, analyzes
the job duties and performance characteristics of the middle managers of the company, and
analyzes the existing problems and causes in the middle management of the company, and
on the basis of this analysis, the relevant theories and work are applied. Put forward
suggestions and suggestions for improving the company's current performance appraisal
plan and implementation process. To help N company have a better assessment and
standard on the performance assessment of middle managers, reduce the excessive loss of
personnel, so as to ensure the healthy and steady development of the enterprise.
