摘要
随着国家2015年推行“互联网+”战略,这必将带来我国互联网的跨越式发展
根据互联网调查数据,目前国内的网民数量已经达到历史新高。时下互联网和实体
经济的融合逐渐出现了各种各样的“互联网+”商业模式,网络购物、电子支付、网
约车等等各种形式,在这种情况下,网络营销必然会成为企业关注的重点,也必然
能够增强企业的竞争力。证券行业是我国的金融支柱产业,但是国内经济形势的下
行,以及2015年股市泡沫的破灭,都极大的影响了证券行业的发展,证券行业的生
存环境进一步的恶化。在这种情况下,更多的证券企业开始将目光投到互联网中,
互联网证券的发展也就逐渐成为各家证券企业的重中之重
ABC证券公司总部设在XX省内,目前在省内设立了25家分支机构,属于中小
型的证券企业。公司主要的经营范围包括证券经纪业务、证券投资基金销售资格
公司目前的营销模式主要有两种,一是营业网点营销,二就是简单的网络营销。由
此可以看出ABC证券公司的经营具有非常鲜明的地域性,规模相对有限,在传统营
销模式下,营销方式比较单一,因此营销的效果也比较有限。虽然公司目前已经开
展了网络营销的相关营销活动,但还是存在较多问题,如网站专业化程度不高、产
品服务内容不足、网页更新慢、销售渠道不够完善、缺乏对客户关系的维护等,加
之证券行业的竞争日趋激烈不断蚕食证券经纪业务这块大饼,导致公司佣金收入不
断下降,这些问题都严重制约了公司业务的发展。因此系统、科学的开展互联网证
券,以及网络营销活动成为ABC证券公司突破目前困境、增加公司竞争力的最佳方
式。本文首先阐述了研究所需要的相关网络营销理论基础,再对证券行业网络营销
现状进行了基本的分析,然后对ABC证券公司目前网络营销中存在的问题进行了研
究和分析,最后结合SWOT分析工具对目前ABC证券公司进行优势、劣势、机遇
和风险四个方面的分析,提出了适合于ABC证券公司的网络营销策略,希望能够帮
助ABC证券公司顺利实现营销目标

Abstract
With the implementation of the national Internet + strategy in 2015, will bring
China's Internet by leaps and bounds. According to the Internet investigation data, at
present, the number of Internet users in China has reached a record high .The development
of the Internet, especially the explosion of mobile Internet makes information technology
in wide use in each industry all over the world. The integration between the Internet and
the real economy has gradually developed all kinds of Internet + commercial patterns.
Online shopping, e-pay and electronic finance and so on emerge endless. Under such
circumstance, the online marketing will certainly become the emphasis of enterprises,
which will certainly reinforce the competitiveness of enterprises. Security industry is the
financial pillar industry in China. However, domestic economic descending, disillusion of
stock market in 2015 have all influenced greatly the security industry, leading to further
deterioration of survival environment for security industry. Under such situation, more
security enterprises start to focus on the Internet, the development of Internet security has
gradually become the focus of each security enterprise.
ABC Securities is headquartered in XX province, the province has set up 25 branches,
small and medium-sized securities companies. The company's main business areas include:
securities brokerage business, securities investment fund sales qualifications. The
company's current marketing model there are two, one business outlets marketing, two is a
simple network marketing. It can be seen that the operation of ABC securities company
has very distinct regional, relatively limited scale, in the traditional marketing mode, the
marketing method is relatively simple, so the marketing effect is relatively limited.
Although the company has already carried out the related marketing activities of network
marketing, there are still many problems, such as the low degree of specialization of the
website, the insufficient content of the products and services, the slow update of the
webpage, the imperfect sales channels and the lack of maintenance of the customer
relationship. Coupled with the increasingly fierce competition in the securities industry
continue to erode the securities brokerage business piece of cake, resulting in declining
commission income of the company, these issues are seriously hampered the company's。
