Opportunities: This tailored three-year investment
management training programme will see you rotate
around our investment teams. There’s constant on-
the-job training, as well as study leave to help you
achieve professional quali cations and a mentor support-
ing you throughout your programme. As for the future, you
could develop your career into an Investment Manager,
Senior Analyst or Client Management role. You could
even become a partner in therm.
What we are looking for: Your degree could be in any
discipline – 45% of our Investment Team have arts or
humanities degrees, 20% science or engineering, and
35% studied economics, accounting ornance.What
really matters is that you’ve the con dence and drive to
make an effective contribution from yourrst day.
