M建筑公司幸福花园项目成本控制研究

摘要
对施工企业来说，成本控制直接影响到公司的整体经济效益，它贯穿于企业
的整个管理过程中。因此，成本控制的好坏会影响到企业盈利水平， 同时对项目
能否顺利推进也产生非常大的影响。成本控制就是在满足业主需求的前提下最大
化降低成本，企业项目成本控制贯穿于工程项目建设的全过程，是企业项目管理
的一个重要环节，对降低成本，提高企业经济效益至关重要
本论文在充分总结并借鉴、吸收前人研究成果的基础上，介绍了成本控制课
题的相关研究背景和意义，梳理出目前国内外研究现状，确定了本课题所采用的
研究方法、研究的主要内容以及结构框架。通过对项目成本控制的相关理论综述，
以M建筑公司幸福花园项目为实际案例载体，对项目的成本作出预算并分析了成
本预算中存在的问题。然后利用挣值分析法建立项目成本数据监测模型，通过数
据监测成本支出，结合定性分析和定量分析，根据项目收集数据计算绘制出项目
各个关键指标的曲线图和评价曲线图，然后对M建筑公司幸福花园项目成本监测
并对偏差进行分析。通过探索幸福花园项目成本控制所存在问题的内在根源，对
M建筑公司从项目进度管理、主动控制、责任体系、组织管理制度和材料设备管
理等方面提出项目成本控制保障措施。最后总结了本论文的研究成果以及对未来
的研究展望
成本控制是施工企业谋取利益求得发展的的永久性研究课题，已经受到建筑
企业越来越多的重视。本文结合M建筑公司的幸福花园项目实际案例，基于挣值
分析法对项目成本的控制进行研究，探讨项目实施成本控制过程中存在的问题和
不足之处，进而提出对M建筑公司项目成本控制的管理方法、有效途径以及相关
保障措施，希望能对我国建筑施工企业成本控制和项目管理提供参考与借鉴

Abstract
For construction enterprises, cost control directly affects the overall economic
benefit of the company, which runs through the whole management process of the
enterprise. Therefore, the quality of cost control will affect the profitability of
enterprises, and at the same time will have a very large impact on the smooth progress
of the project. Under the premise of cost control is to meet the demand of the owner to
maximize reduce cost, project cost control throughout the course of project
construction, is an important link in enterprise project management, to reduce costs,
improve enterprise economic benefits have a major impact.
In this paper fully summarizes and draw lessons from and absorbing, on the basis
of predecessors' research results, this paper introduces the related research background
and significance of the cost control issues, carding the research status at home and
abroad, this subject was determined by adopting the research method, research the
main content of the framework and structure. Through a review of the relevant theory
of project cost control, M happiness garden project construction companies as the
actual case the carrier, to the cost of the project budget and analyzes the problems
existing in the cost budget. Then project cost data monitoring model is established
using the earned value analysis, through the data monitoring costs, combined with
qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, according to the project to collect data to
map the project each curve of key indicators and evaluation graph, then the M
construction company happiness garden project cost monitoring and analysis of the
deviation. By seeking happiness garden project cost control is the inner source of

problems, of M construction company from the project schedule management, active
control, responsibility system, organization and management system of equipment and
materials management project cost control guarantee measures are put forward. Finally,
the paper summarizes the research results and prospects for future research.
Cost control is a permanent research subject for construction enterprises to seek
profits for development. Based on M happiness garden project construction companies
to the actual case, based on the earned value analysis method to study of project cost
control, this paper probes into the problems in the process of the project cost control
and deficiencies, then puts forward the management of the M construction company
project cost control method, the effective way and related security measures, hope to
our country construction enterprise cost control and project management to provide the
reference and reference.
