摘要
员工激励机制是指企业通过特定的方法和管理体系,有效地激发、引导、保
持、规范企业组织内员工的动机和行为,将员工对企业及工作的贡献最大化的过
程。激励的目的是为了调动员工工作的积极性,激发员工工作的主动性和创造性,
以提高组织整体工作效率,有效实现企业目标
本文首先对国内外激励机制的研究现状及成果进行了分析,确定了本论文的
研究方法及主要思路。随后介绍了湖南自驾友网络技术有限公司的基本情况、商
业模式及发展战略,同时对自驾友现有的员工环境及激励机制现状进行了介绍,
并分析了现有激励机制中主要存在的问题。在此基础上,提出了自驾友网员工激
励机制的设计目标及构建思路,分别从物质需求和精神需求的角度来细化落实
最后,对新设计的员工激励机制的实施情况和成效进行了预估
本文从湖南自驾友网络技术有限公司的实际情况出发,本着解决公司员工激
励机制体系中存在的实际问题为出发点,将员工激励机制理论应用于自驾友的实
际工作中,旨在提高自驾友的团队战斗力和激发员工的工作内驱动力,让团队能
满足创业创新企业的战略目标及发展需求。希望改进后的人才激励机制对湖南自
驾友网络技术有限公司及同类创业创新企业具有启示及借鉴意义

Abstract
Employee motivation mechanism is an incentive process based on certain
methods and a special management system, to drive, direct and maintain employees’
motivation and behavior, therefore maximizing their contributions to the work and
employer. The purpose of employee motivation mechanism is to arouse the personnel’
s enthusiasm to work relevant activities, stimulate their initiative driving to work and
inspire their productivity, so as to improve the workforce efficiency of an
organization, and effectively achieve the goal thereof. This paper firstly analyzed the
existing researches on domestic and abroad employee motivation mechanisms, and
then has it is own research method and main outline determined. Next, this paper
introduced the general situation, business model, development strategy of Hu Nan
ZJYOU Network Technology Co. Ltd., as well as its employees’ work settings and
existing motivation mechanism, and then analyzed the main problems in the existing
motivation mechanism in Hu Nan ZJYOU Network Technology Co. Ltd. Based on
above analysis, this paper put forward an improved outline of employee motivation
mechanism and its target of this new outline design for Hu Nan ZJYOU Network
Technology Co. Ltd, which will be refined and implemented from the perspectives of
material needs and spiritual needs. At the last, this paper pre-evaluated the
implementation and effectiveness of the new designed employee mechanism.
Based on the actual situation of Hu Nan ZJYOU Network Technology Co. Ltd,
this paper is aimed to solve the practical problems existing in the current employee
motivation mechanism, apply the new employee motivation mechanism into the
practical management, in order to enhance the persistence of work team and stimulate
their internal driving for work, so as to making the workforce able to fulfill the
strategic goals and development needs in an innovative company. Expectation for this
improved employee motivation mechanism is to enlighten and instruct Hu Nan
ZJYOU Network Technology Co. Ltd and other innovative companies in human
resource management to a certain extent.
