1.1地坪主要用途(Floor main use) :
地坪是底层房间与土层相接触的部分,它承受底层房间的荷载,要求具有一定的强度和
刚度,并具有防潮、防水、保暖、耐磨的性能。地层和建筑物室外场地有密切的关系,要
处理好地坪与平台、台阶及建筑物沿边场地的关系,使建筑物与场地交接明确,整体和谐

Floor Construction
避免货架的支座和叉车车轮行驶的轨迹,处于地面板块间的接缝或伸缩缝。将接缝置于货架支
座的之间。因为接缝处如果经常被车轮碾压,容易造成接缝的损坏,同时车轮也易因此磨损。管道
等各种排布于地下的管线,都避免布于货架支座或叉车作业区域的正下方,与这些区域的水平距离

系统(F - Number system ):
F-number 系统 -FACE Floor Profile Number:
推荐使用的描述地面平整度与水平度的体系方法。阐述地面平整度与水平度必须有
两个独立的F-number
平整度F-number(FF):
是通过沿被测区域的测量线测量每1-ft(300mm)间距落差的连续变化值来测定地表
的崎岖不平。以下三个图案均为3m/3mm的地面落差,但平整度值(FF)大有区别。平整度
值(FF)越大地面就越平整
水平度F-number(FL):
是通过沿被测区域的测量线测量时从设计等级开始的每10-ft(3m)的连续距离内的落
差来表示相对于设计等级的顺应性
施工标准(Construction standards ):
地面施工根据美国混凝土协会的 ACI 302.1R的规范;
地坪的设计使用国际上认可并通用的地坪平整度及水平度标准ACI 117 & TR34;
地坪平整度及水平度测量为根据美国ASTM E1155 的检测方法采用 F-Number系统.
