ABSTRACT
The paper disserts on the investment risk of RC pharmaceutical project of Lucion
Industrial Group with the risk identification, assessment, control and prevention as the
main contents, and a process-based analytical method and a matrix analysis graphics are
proposed through the distinction of the basic conception such as risk and investment and
the amalgamation study of the relevant theories on risk management, investment
management and project management, and a summary of main types (risk list) and basic
characteristics of the project investment risk is concluded; the whole-process investment
risk outlook and analytical method are used to diagnose and recognize the status of the
project investment risk and make comprehensive assessment; identify the countermeasures
of risks and formulate concrete measures of risk control by combining with the risk
preference of the company as per the whole-process risk of the identified and recognized
project investment; at last the safeguard measures against project investment risks are
proposed based on the risk management philosophy of prevention first.
The paper mainly adopts the induction deduction method, brainstorming method,
process analysis, matrix analysis etc., clearly puts forward the process-based risk analysis
of project investment, identifies principle risks, and carries on scientific analysis and
assessment. The features and innovative ideas in this paper mainly reflect firstly in the
definition of the traditional investment risk as investment decision risk outlook in the
process of the study and modal analysis of the investment risk theories, namely making
analysis of the risks at the point of decision, and points out that the traditional risk analysis
can easily lead to incomplete risk identification and consequently cause decision bias.
Thus, paper proposes that consider project investment risk as a streamlined risk system to
identify and recognize the whole-process risks during the process of project research,
decision-making(object of transaction risk, counterparty risk, transaction price risk),
management and retreat, and that can be referred as whole-process risk control outlook and
analytic approach of the project investment risk; secondly in the process of risk analysis for
the specific investment project with RC pharmaceutical project as example to combine the
risk identification ,assessment, control and prevention with the investment process of
research, decision, management and retreat, to explore the construction of comprehensive
assessing control system of project risk, and to match investment decisions by integrating
the obtained assessment results from the system with one’s own risk preference.
Through integrating the systematic argument of practical activities on risk control
strategy of project investment, the paper concludes that the system has certainsignificance
of methodology, as it deepens the systematic understanding of the investment risk in
pharmaceuticals industry for fund investors with widely theoretical guiding significance
and great practical application value for investment risk management of the entire industry.
