随着国际油价连年跳水,随着成品油市场的不断开放以及市场机制的逐步深
化,我国成平油定价机制逐步与国际接轨。伴随着国际油价的大幅下挫,国内成
品有销售企业盈利能力严重萎缩,各家石油销售公司采取多样方式降低运行费用
找到突破市场瓶颈办法。J公司作为典型的国有石油销售央企子公司,面临问题
不置可否,合理规划物流配送系统,成为提高成品油公司市场竞争力的关键所在
本文通过对国内外文献的研究,对国内外石油销售行业成品油供应链优缺点
进行分析,同时对J公司优化前基本情况进行了解,找出其存在的高成本、低效
率制约其发展盈利的各项因素,通过管理三统一,业务三规范,分环节优化的方
式将发现的管理问题进行优化。通过优化分析数据表明,J公司二次物流管理优
化后J公司成本大幅下降,运行效率不断增高,市场竞争力,市场占有率等主要
指标有了明显的好转。本文进一分析了先进优化后可以进一步完善的问题,并对
二次物流未来发展进行了展望,从而对同类型企业起到一定的借鉴作用

Along with the international oil price has plunged, with the gradual deepening of
opening the oil market and the market mechanism, into the oil pricing mechanism in
China gradually with international standards. With the sharp decline in international
oil prices, the domestic finished product sales enterprises profitability has shrunk
seriously, the oil sales companies take various ways to reduce operating costs, find
ways to break the bottleneck of the market. J company is a typical state-owned oil
sales subsidiary of the central enterprises are facing problems, not to say yes or no
rational planning of logistics distribution system, and become the key to enhance the
market competitiveness of the oil company.
Through the study of literature home and abroad, the domestic oil industry sales
of refined oil supply chain analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, and to
understand the basic situation of J company before optimization, find out the high
cost and low efficiency of the existing various factors restricting the development of
earnings management, the three unified, three business norms, management problems
link optimization way will find optimization. Through the optimization analysis of the
data shows that, after the two logistics management optimization of J company, J
company's cost has decreased greatly, the operation efficiency has been increasing,
and the market competitiveness, market share and other major indicators have been
significantly improved. This paper analyzes the problems that can be further
improved after the advanced optimization, and looks forward to the future
development of the two logistics, so as to play a certain reference role for the same
type of enterprises.
