Abstract
X education technology group was established in 1993, starting from a short-term
English training course, it gradually developed into a comprehensive education group.
As the education and training market gets increasingly competitive and Online
education rises, to realize the strategic visions of forging the layout of the education and
training industry ecology and become an international comprehensive education group,
X Education Group needs to formulate scientific goals and strategies.
Based on the above-mentioned purposes, the article, by an in-depth analysis on
the internal and external environments of the Group, has come to the conclusions: As a
leader in mature industry, X Education Group needs to implement differentiated
strategies by product diversification, market penetration and Product R&D. Develop
and perfect online education, develop mobile APP, make efforts on the interaction and
the users’ experiences on the online teaching, so as to realize the innovations of the
online education business models. By implementing the corporate-level strategy, such
as acquisition strategy and strategic alliances, X Education Group can further optimize
its teaching quality, expand its market share, to obtain continuous and stable
development and make the realization of its strategic visions possible.
