摘要
牡丹江恒丰纸业是一家国有控股上市企业,主营卷烟配套用纸及特种纸
生产企业,是全国造纸行业首家国家级高新技术企业。恒丰纸业通过创新变
革取得了稳定持续发展,并确立了国内行业领先地位,产品在国际市场也有
了一定占有率,发展势头良好。近几年随着经济形势的转变和烟草市场竞争
更加激烈,公司面对新的形势和发展机遇,企业必须对战略进行重新规划、
定位和调整,以适应环境形势的变化,寻找新的利润增长点和拓展企业发展
空间,才能持续提升企业的竞争能力
本文基于企业国际化基础理论分析,主要从战略角度对企业国际化进行
了详细分析和论证,从企业国际化战略现状和存在问题出发,利用PEST、SWOT
等战略分析工具进行论证分析,得出卷烟特种纸领域企业进行国际化战略可
行性研究的结论。通过本课题的研究,为企业健康发展,竞争能力提升,打
入国际市场,构建可持续性发展,实现恒丰纸业国际化发展战略,提供了国
际化战略规划的指导性和可行性分析依据,为企业实现国际化战略具有实际
意义

Abstract
Mudanjiang Hengfeng Paper Co., Ltd. is a state-controlled listed company.
It mainly produces cigarette supporting paper and special paper. It is the first a
national high-tech enterprise in the paper industry. Hengfeng Paper has achieved
steady and sustained development through innovation and change, and
established a leading position in the domestic industry. The products also have a
certain share in the international market, and the development momentum is good.
In recent years, with the economic situation changes and the tobacco market
competition is more intense, the company facing the new situation and
development opportunities, enterprises must be re planning, positioning and
adjustment of the strategy, to adapt to the changing environment of the situation,
looking for new profit growth point and expand the enterprise development space,
in order to continue to enhance the competition ability of the enterprise.
This paper is based on the basic theory of enterprise internationalization,
mainly from the strategic point of view of the enterprise internationalization of
the detailed analysis and demonstration, starting from the current situation and
existing problems of enterprise internationalization strategy, using PEST, SWOT
and other strategic analysis tools for demonstration and analysis, the conclusion
of the feasibility study on the internationalization strategy of cigarette special
paper enterprises is obtained. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the
internationalization of enterprises from a strategic point of view. Through this
research, for the healthy development of enterprises, enhance competition ability,
enter the international market, the construction of sustainable development,
realize the internationalization development strategy of Hengfeng Paper,
provides guidance and feasibility analysis for international strategic planning,
which has practical significance for the enterprise to realize the
internationalization strategy.
