摘 要
我国提出“中国制造2025”战略,明确提出在制造业中开展信息化和工业化融合方
针,推动我国制造业转型升级,实现我国从制造大国向制造强国的战略转变目标!如何
提高产品过程合格率、降低生产制造成本、为客户提供优质服务,增强企业的竞争优势
是每一个企业当前面临的关键问题。数字化工厂的推广,可以增加产品设计研发、装配
的可视化,降低产品过程差错率,提高生产效率,实现产品质量全生命周期监控,近年
来许多企业推广数字化工厂的建设研究,在部分企业中已得到了充分的应用
本文以TB公司“变压器智能制造数字化工厂”项目为背景,以TB公司已经建立的
PDM(一期)、三维CAD、CAE、MES以及基础网络和数据中心为项目开展基础,比
较与同行业之间的差距,从数据集成、生产管理、供应链管理、制造装备升级、质量管
理、能源管理等多方面对TB公司信息化运行现状进行分析,寻找企业运营各环节存在
的问题及短板,有针对性的制定目标,对TB公司数字化工厂运营管理方面从系统数据
集成、精益生产管理、高效供应链管理、全面质量管理、智慧能源管理等方面进行了详
细的研究设计
本文针对TB公司,在数据集成方面,建立高度集成的异构系统,统一了物料编码
标准,实现跨区域、跨车间、跨系统数据的任意交换;在精益生产管理方面,建立高效
的生产执行系统,将MES系统与PDM、ERP、SAP等系统进行打通,实现生产过程管
理数据相互交换;在高效供应链管理方面,通过对供应链系统的升级改造,对采购计划、
供应商管理、仓储管理等方面进行系统管理;在制造装备方面,通过对关键工序设备的
数字化改造,提升产品质量及工作效率,对产品加工过程质量进行实时监控;在质量管
理方面,通过数字化工厂的建立,实现质量信息采集数字化,建立质量管理数据中心,
提升质量问题分析能力; 在能源管理方面,建立集中统一的能耗监测、管理系统,进
行能耗集中式、可视化监控
通过本项目的实施,TB公司实现了基于主数据的数字化集成,打通各个系统跨地
域、部门之间的界限,提升TB公司变压器制造过程的数字化水平,通过高效的生产执
行系统,提高生产效率和产品质量管控,降低生产成本和资源消耗;同时促进制造业向
数字化、网络化、智能化制造转型升级

ABSTRACTABSTRACT
China has initiated the Made in China 2025 strategy, which explicitly put forwards the
policy of integrating informationization and industrialization in the manufacturing sector,
with the purpose to boost the transformation and upgrade of China manufacturing sector, to
meet the target of strategic shift from large manufacturing country to powerful
manufacturing country! In such circumstance, every enterprise is facing a critical issue to
strengthen the competitive advantages in terms of how to increase the first time yield, how
to reduce the manufacturing cost, and how to provide high quality service to clients. The
promotion of the digital factory would enhance the visualization of product design R&D
and assembly, decrease processing failure rate, increase productivity, and realize whole life
monitor of product quality. In recent years, many enterprises have promoted the study of the
establishment of digital factory, which have been fully implemented in some enterprises.
This paper is prepared at the background of the TB company EHV(UHV) Transformer
Intelligent Manufacturing Digital Factory project, which takes the already-established
PDM (Phase-I), 3D CAD, CAE and MES systems as well as fundamental network and data
center as the foundation of project. It involves the comparison and differences with
counterparts in the same industry, and analyzes the present operation status of TB company
informationization in terms of the data integration, production management, supply chain
management, manufacturing equipment upgrade, quality management, energy management
etc. to find out the existing problems and weak points in each link during the enterprise
operation, and to set the corresponding targets respectively. It relates to the detailed research
and design for the TB company digital factory operation management by taking
consideration of the system data integration, lean production management, high-efficiency
supply chain management, all-round quality management, intelligent energy management
etc.
This paper relates to TB company in terms of: 1) the data integration by establishing highly
integrated heterogeneous system, to unify the materials code standard for arbitrary exchange
of cross-regions, cross-workshops and cross-system data; 2) the lean production
management by establishing highly efficient production implementation system to connect
the MES system with PDM, ERP and SAP etc. systems for realization of mutual exchange

by upgrading supply chain system renovation, for systematic management of purchase plan,
supplier management, storage management etc.; 4) the manufacturing equipment by digital
renovation of critical processing equipment to increase the product quality and work
efficiency and real-time monitor of the product processing quality; 5) the quality
management by establishing digital factory to realize the quality information acquisition
digitalization, and establishing quality management data center to improve the quality
problem analysis capability; 6) the energy management by establishing unified energy
consumption monitor and management system, for centralized and visualized monitor of
energy consumption.
By implementation of this project, TB company has made it possible for the digital
integration of main data, and broken through the cross-regions and cross-departments
limitation, boosted the digitalization of TB company transformer manufacturing processes.
The high-efficiency production implementation system has improved productivity and
product quality management & control, decreased the production cost and resource
consumption. At the same time, the manufacturing sector is boosted for upgrade towards
digitalization, networking and intellectualization.
