Abstract
Today the competition of market has become more and more drastic with the
globalization of economy. An enterprise want to establish itself in this context, which
depend on the competence of corporation. Moreover, the competitive competence of
corporation is made up of not only sufficient economic strength but also high quality
staff team. So competition for the best staff has already become very important.
Employee training plays a very important role in HRD (human resource development).
Now employee training is no longer a brand new word, which is a good way to achieve
high quality talents in HRD and a kind of effective investment. It could meet both the
development needs of companies and needs of staff own development.
A comprehensive education investment group will be taken as the research object
in this essay. By using modern human capital theories, the problem of group staff in
employee training will be analyzed. In order to promote sustainable development of the
enterprise, I want to try my best to explore the strategy for employee training which
could match group development strategy at this stage.
