摘要
随着经济的发展,现代项目管理体系也越来越完善,为适应市场环境的变化,项目风险管
理也逐步被重视,项目风险管理也被运用到了制造业、金融行业等不同的领域。雄邦压铸(南
通)有限公司经过多年的不断发展,已经成为面向全球、具备国际标准的汽车配件企业。目前
开发的铝合金车身结构件项目,由于车身结构件具有较高的力学性能、过程工艺要求比较严格,
并且存在着不确定性因素,因此车身结构件项目管理存在着较高的风险。通过项目风险管理的
研究,达到控制项目风险,减少损失的目的
本文综合运用文献资料研究法、层次分层法、德尔菲法等方法,以整个项目风险管理的流
程为基础,本文研究主要围绕着风险识别、风险评价、风险控制及对策三方面。风险识别主要
研究项目的组织风险、技术风险、进度风险以及资金风险等,并研究得出项目的风险清单;风
险评价主要是基于风险识别结果,得到项目风险因素的评价及排序;风险控制及对策主要是针
对风险评价中排名靠前的风险因素,从而进行了控制及对策的研究,提出了完善项目风险规避
方案,并细化了应对各类项目风险的措施
通过本文的研究,很好的解决了雄邦压铸铝合金车身结构件项目风险管理的问题,也可以
将项目风险管理的研究成果运用到雄邦压铸公司其他项目当中

ABSTRACT

perfect, In order to adapt to changes in the market environment, Project risk management is also
gradually taken seriously, Project risk management has also been applied to different areas such as
manufacturing, financial industry. Xiongbang Die Casting (Nantong) Co., Ltd. After years of
continuous development, Has become a global, with international standards of auto parts business.
The current development of aluminum alloy body structure project, As the body structure with high
mechanical properties, the process more stringent requirements, And there is uncertainty, Therefore,
the body structure of the project management there is a higher risk. Through the research of project
risk management, the purpose of controlling project risks and reducing losses can be achieved.
This article synthetically uses the literature research method, the level stratified method, the
Delphi method and so on, Based on the entire risk management process, The research mainly focuses
on three aspects: risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and countermeasures. Risk
identification mainly identifies the project's organizational risk, technical risk, schedule risk and
capital risk, And got the project risk list; Risk assessment is mainly based on the results of risk
identification, Got the project risk factors evaluation and ranking; Risk control and countermeasures
mainly focus on the risk factors in the top-ranked risk control and countermeasure research, Proposed
to improve the project risk avoidance, refinement of various types of project risk measures.
Through the research of this article, the problem of risk management of Xiong state die-casting
aluminum alloy body structure project is solved well, The research results of project risk management
can also be applied to other projects ofXiongbang Die Casting Company.
