Z市邮政企业员工激励机制优化研究
摘 要
当今社会人才已经成为企业提高竞争力的关键砝码,企业的管理者逐渐开始转变观
念,更加关注对人员的管理。激励机制是企业人员管理的重要方面,对于企业的发展有
着重要的战略性意义。制定出合理科学的激励性机制,对于企业未来的发展有着重要的
影响。Z市邮政企业在发展的过程中,企业的管理者并没有过多的关注过员工的发展和
激励,其现行激励机制依然存在很多问题亟待改进
本文采用问卷调查法、系统研究法、分析归纳法等对员工所处的现状进行调查统计
和分析,并对其现行的激励机制及存在的问题进行分析和研究。在此基础上结合Z市邮
政企业未来的发展战略进行激励机制的改进,使其为接下来的发展营造良好的氛围和环
境,以达到Z市邮政企业发展的预期目标
本文主要是从Z市邮政企业激励机制的现状着手,发现其运行机制中存在的问题
从员工的薪酬、福利、职业发展、晋升机制和培训机制等方面的现状来看,Z市邮政企
业的员工激励机制依然不够完善,而这些都关系着员工的个人发展和企业的发展,对于
员工个人和企业来说二者是相互促进相互发展的关系。关注企业员工个人的发展、完善
员工的薪酬福利、完善晋升机制等是企业完善激励机制的重要途径和方法,科学化的激
励机制对于企业的发展具有重要的推动作用,有助于企业实现发展目标,而对于员工个
人来说也能够实现自我目标和价值

ABSTRACT
With the development of era, the management of human resources has become the
important factors that affect enterprise development, enterprise managers gradually began to
have the change of concept, they begin to pay more attention to the management of the
personnel. Incentive mechanism is an important aspect of enterprise personnel management,
has important strategic significance for the development of the enterprise, to develop a
reasonable scientific incentive mechanism, has important influence to the development of
enterprises in the future. Z, the postal service in the process of development, the management
of the enterprise with not too much focus on employee development and motivation, the
current incentive mechanism still exists a lot of problems need to be improved.
In this paper, using the system method, the individual interview method to employees
such as statistics and analysis of a survey on the present situation of and the problems existing
in the current incentive mechanism and research and analysis. On the basis of the combination
of Z city of the future development strategy of the postal enterprises, to improve the incentive
mechanism of to create a good atmosphere for the growth and the environment, Z the
development of postal enterprises of the city in order to achieve the expected goal.
This article mainly from the status quo of Z city post company incentive mechanism to
find the problems existing in the running mechanism. From the employee's salary, benefits,
career development and the present situation of the promotion mechanism and training
mechanism, Z, the postal service's staff incentive mechanism is still not perfect, and these are
relationships with employees' personal development and the development of the enterprise,
for enterprise and individual both is to promote the development of the relationship between
each other. Pay attention to the development of the enterprise employees, improve the staff
salary welfare, attaches great importance to personal development and improve the promotion
mechanism is an important way of promoting the enterprises to perfect the incentive
mechanism and methods of scientific incentive mechanism has an important role for the
development of the enterprise, can help enterprises to realize development goals, and for。
