YS公司中层管理团队建设研究
摘要
随着国家产业结构的调整,众多中小企业面临技术更新和转型升级。互联网
的快速发展,大数据时代的来临、中国人口红利的消失,传统制造业的经营、发
展都遇到前所未有的挑战。企业更要利用好国家的宏观政策,抓住机遇,紧跟时
代发展的脉络和步伐,否则将被淘汰出局。企业的技术更新、转型升级的首要因
素是“人”,没有一支业务能力突出、素质过硬的人才队伍,企业难以构建核心
竞争优势。中层管理队伍上接战略,下接业务,关系到企业转型升级能否顺利进
行、战略规划能否稳步落地、企业是否可持续发展的重要力量,中层干部团队建
设至关重要
首先,本文以管理学和团队建设相关理论为依据,结合专家、学者的研究成
果,以YS公司为案例,实施现场访谈、对中层管理干部设计调查问卷并实施问
卷调查。从多方面对公司的中层管理团队建设情况进行调研分析,做到以事实为
根据、以数据为参考、以现场访谈记录为依据对中层团队建设予以研究和分析,
找出团队建设过程中存在的典型问题
其次,针对存在的现实问题,运用团队建设角色理论、冰山模型理论、需求
层次理论、人性假设理论,从公司的人力资源建设、培训体系、激励管理、团队
领导培养、企业文化建设等方面,提出改进建议
最后,对全文进行总结,并提出对中层管理团队建设的展望
通过对YS公司中层管理团队建设的全面分析和研究,探讨企业面临的内、
外部环境下基于组织目标实现,如何有效进行中层管理团队建设,打造企业核心
竞争力。从人力资源管理角度提出团队建设相关方法和途径,总结团队建设经验,
为相关中小型企业的团队建设提供参考

Research On The Middle Management Team Building Of YS
Abstract
With the adjustment of the national industrial structure, many small and medium-sized enterprises are facing
technological upgrading and firm’s transition and upgrading. The rapid development of the Internet and, the
advent of the big data era and the disappearance of Chinese demographic dividend have brought unprecedented
challenges to the operation and development of traditional manufacturing industries. Enterprises should take
advantage of the macro policies of the country, seize the opportunities, keep abreast of the development and steps
of the times, otherwise they will be eliminated. The first factor of enterprise's technology renewal and
transformation and upgrading is human. Without a talent team with outstanding business ability and excellent
quality, it is difficult for enterprises to build core competitive advantages. Since middle management team is
important force that up to strategy and down to business, and relates to the enterprise’s transformation and
upgrading going smoothly, strategy plan carrying out steadily and sustainable development, middle-level cadre
team construction is of crucial importance.
First of all, this paper bases on management and team building related theory, combining with the results of
experts and scholars, with YS company as a case, on-site interview, questionnaire of middle management cadre
design and implementation of the questionnaire. From various perspectives analysis and research on the
construction of the company's middle management team, be based on facts and data for reference, based on
on-site interviews to middle team building research and analysis, it find out the typical problems existing in the
team building process.
Secondly, in view of the problem of the reality of the use of team building role theory, the iceberg model
theory, demand hierarchy theory, human nature assumption theory, from the company's human resources
construction, training system, incentive management, team leader training, enterprise culture construction, etc., it
puts forward Suggestions for improvement.
Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the prospect of the construction of middle
management team.
By generally analysis and research of YS company middle-level management team construction, to explore
the internal and external environment facing the enterprises based on organizational goals, and how to effectively
construct middle-level management team and build enterprise core competitive ability. From the perspective of
human resource management, this paper puts forward relevant methods and approaches of team building,
summarizes the experience of team building, and provides reference for the team construction of relevant small
and medium-sized enterprises.
