摘要
目前，我国医疗资源存在总量不足、分布不均衡、结构不合理的
现象，且受到规模、政策等因素的影响，我国民营医院普遍存在融资
难问题。在此背景下，常德M医院试图探寻可行的融资方案以解决该
类问题。一方面可以有助于医院的融资发展从而保障医院的顺利发展，
另一方面可以为民营医院的融资方案提供借鉴。
本文结合深厚的文献研读为基础，为M医院解决融资困境提供解
决方案。首先，从理论基础着手试图寻找解决方案，对融资理论、方
法、国内外融资现状进行了研宄，力求寻找可借鉴的方法和工具。其
次，论证了该项目具有非常好的发展前景，是可行的，但其相应的难
点是解决资金筹措的问题。再者，为保障项目的顺利开展，将融资需
求依托于企业发展的规划分步实施，最终确定分阶段融资方案，并重
点对第一阶段的债权融资进行了深入的分析。最后，基于融资方案的
主要风险点进行分析，试图有效规避可能存在的潜在风险。
本文主要得出以下结论：①该项目具有广阔的发展前景，是可行
的；②融资方案应基于企业的发展规划进行整体布局分步实施，第一
阶段采取债权为主的融资方案；第二阶段采取以私募股权融资的方式
为主的融资方案，第三阶段采取以公开发行上市的方式进行融资。

ABSTRACT
Atpresent，themedicalresourcesofChinaexistsproblems，for
exampletotalinequality，distributionbalancedstructureirrationally．
Beingaffectedthefactorsofscaleandpolicywhichledstofinance
difficultyintheprivatehospitals．Inthiscondition，theMHospitalof
Changdeexploresfeasiblefinancingplans．Ontheonehand，itcanensure
ofthesmoothfundingtohelptheexpansionrapidly．Ontheotherhand，it
canprovidesolutionsforfinancingontheprivatehospital．
Thispaperisbasedonadeepliteraturereviewandprovidesa
solutionforMhospitalstosolvetheirfinancingdifficulties．Firstofall，
Basedonthetheoreticalbasisorsolvetheproblems，westudiedthe
financingtheory，methods，domesticandforeignfinancingstatus，striving
togettherightanswer．Seeondly，itisdemonsfeatedthattheprojecthas
averygooddevelopmentprospectandisfeasible，butitscorresponding
difficultyistroubleofmoney．Furthermore，inordertoguaranteethe
projectsmoothly，dependingonthedevelopmentoftheenterprise，the
financingneedswillbeimplementedstepbystep．Thefirstphaseofdebt
financingwillbeanalyzedin－depth．Finally，basedontheanalysisofthe
majorriskpointsofthefinancingplan，wetrytoeffectivelyavoid
possiblepotentialrisks．
Thispapermainlydrawsthefollowingconclusions：（1）The
projecthasbroadprospectsfordevelopmentandisfeasible．（2）The
financingplanshouldbebasedonthecompany＇sdevelopmentplanfor
theoveralllayoutofthestep－by－stepimplementation．Inthefirststage，
thecreditfinancingistheprimaiydecision．Inthesecondstage，private
equityfinancingwillbeadopted．Inthethirdstage，publiclylistedwillbe
used．
