摘要
本课题研究的内容是HK公司物流管理模式的改进与物流规划方案的制定。本课题
的主要目的是根据HK公司未来的生产运营需要，制定相应的物流规划方案，规划后的
方案能够使物流环节的人员工作更加有序、物资流转安全顺畅，进而保证整体生产运营
的顺利进行
本课题从理论分析的角度出发，首先阐述与分析了汽车物流的整体概念及运作模式，
并着重描述了汽车生产物流的概念与具体应用，进而总结了汽车物流的特点与未来的发
展趋势。之后，针对HK公司的生产运营情况以及未来的发展规划，对目前物流体系存
在的问题进行分析，并从物流模式、组织架构、人员编制、岗位职责、物流设备等不同
方面制定出具体的改进方案，同时设定适当的KPI指标进行考核管理
课题的最后对物流管理改进研究的保障措施进行了分析阐述，保证了改进措施的可
行性与有效性

A Study on the Logistics Management Improvement of HK Company
Abstract
The subject studies the improvement of HK’s logistics management mode and the
establishment of new workshop’s logistics management plan. The aim of this subject is to
develop the corresponding logistics plan according to HK’s production operating needs in the
future, which will enable the logistics staff to work in an efficient and orderly way and the
materials to circulate safely and smoothly and will thus ensure the smooth proceeding of the
whole production operation.
From the perspective of theoretical analysis, the subject has first described and analyzed
the general concept and operating mode of the automotive logistics, with an emphasis on the
description of its concept and specific applications, and has thus concluded its characteristics
and future development trend. Then, based on HK’s production operating characteristics and
future development plan, the corresponding logistics mode, organization chart, staffing, job
descriptions, logistics equipment and other specific schemes have been established, and
appropriate KPIs have been developed for assessment management.
Finally, several logistics management tools have been provided to help the managers and
logistics personnel perform their jobs and accomplish the assessment indexes better.
